Reis over de Tasman Bridge, de Coal River Valley in en vervolgens door de historische stad Richmond. Geniet van een korte fotostop bij de beroemde door veroordeelden gebouwde Richmond Bridge
We vervolgen onze weg naar het adembenemende Tasman-schiereiland. Wees onder de indruk van het prachtige uitzicht terwijl we Pirates Bay Lookout en Tasman Arch bezoeken.
Neem deel aan een gratis lezing ter plaatse en leer meer over de vele gerestaureerde gebouwen, waaronder de gevangenis, het Commandantenhuis en de kerk. Blader door de Port Arthur Gallery met interactieve tentoonstellingen en displays. Geniet van een cruise op Carnarvon Bay rond het Isle of the Dead. Geniet van een picknicklunch (zelf meenemen) op het aangelegde terrein of koop een lunch bij een van de vele opties die beschikbaar zijn in het bezoekerscentrum.
Ervaar de kracht van deze ruige kustlijn. Neem de loopbrug tot aan de ingang van de grot en voel de kracht van de golven.
Een ervaring die u niet mag missen! Dit is de perfecte stop bij onze terugkeer naar Hobart. Verwen de zintuigen en blader door het enorme assortiment handgesmede chocolade. Ophaallocaties en -tijden
Het ophalen van het hotel begint ongeveer 40 minuten vóór de vermelde starttijd/vertrektijd van de tour. Als u een ophaalservice bij uw hotel heeft geselecteerd, ontvangt u een aparte e-mail van de touroperator. Controleer uw e-mails voor de bevestigde ophaaltijd van het hotel. U ontvangt de e-mail binnen 24 uur na boeking. Voor boekingen die na sluitingstijd voor de volgende dag zijn gemaakt, ontvangt u de volgende ochtend, minimaal 2 uur voor vertrek, een e-mail met de ophaalgegevens. Wacht 5 minuten vóór uw bevestigde ophaaltijd op de ophaallocatie van uw hotel. Niet alle ophaallocaties bevinden zich direct bij het hotel. De exacte ophaallocatie wordt vermeld in de e-mail die door de touroperator wordt verzonden. Als er geen hotel is geselecteerd, wordt uw ophaalservice om 8.30 uur bevestigd op Brooke St Pier, 12 Franklin Wharf, Hobart (centraal vertrekpunt).

Really enjoyed this outing, which included history of one of the darkest parts of Australian history, and lots of opportunities to see great views of costal Tasmania. The guide was extremely engaging and knowledgeable, and provided such outstanding narrative of the history and insights of the area.

We booked this journey during winter. Our driver (Shaun) is a pretty friendly guy. Having a good safety concern about driving as well as helping everyone during the whole trip. Not only sharing us the historical background but also willing to answer our questions. Port Arthur is a beautiful historical attraction. Good spot for learning about history and walking around for relaxing.

It was an absolutely fabulous tour and if there’s only one day tour you can do whilst in Hobart, I highly recommend this. Was a great combination of the historic charm of Richmond, followed by Port Arthur and then catching some wonderful natural wonders along the way. Colin was very informative and highly entertaining tour guide. With his steady flow of trivia, historic facts and dad jokes (yes there were a few :)), he kept everyone engaged and entertained.
