Genarro is very kind and skilled at showing a large amount of the ruins without feeling rushed. Radio system works really well and there was time for pictures but he kept the group moving well. He is very knowledgeable and answered everyone's questions. He has a great balance of knowledge and charm/humour! There wasn't time for souvenir shopping built in and if this was possible it would be even better!

Walking through the ruins of Pompeii is incredible, but having Roberto as our tour guide turned a simple history lesson into an absolute highlight of our trip.His deep knowledge, passion, and engaging storytelling brought the ancient city vividly to life.
