Antonia was FABULOUS! I booked this *very* last minute and everything went very smoothly. Accommodating when our train from Sorrento arrived behind scheduled in Pompeii. Pompeii is massive and Antonio hit all of the highlights and was very engaging with the kids. Def recommend Antonio! He was great!

Should be zero stars! Awful! The tour operator never told us we needed IDs to enter the site. Sent us a WhatsApp message 30 minutes before the tour started that we had to buy tickets. We couldn’t catch internet, so we had to stand in line to buy the tickets. As we were standing in line- the tour guide left and we never received the tour we paid for. The tour operator refused to give us money back or put us on a later tour. Traveling with a 10, 8, and 3 year old kids- they could totally care less and were very rude about it!! Cared more about collecting the money than providing the service to a family with little kids. Don’t book this tour!
Why you don't write that you arrived 20 min after the tour started. Why does no one take responsibility? If you are late it is not our fault
There must be better tour guides than this! I regret booking with these people. Don’t make the mistake I made - book elsewhere!!!!
Our tour guide, Sasa, was excellent. Very relaxed, knowledgeable and informed. Great sense of humour.
Although upset/disappointed that we thought our guided tour included entrance fee it was very good, guide was worthwhile!
Great tour. Tour guide was easy to understand, catered the tour towards the walking ability of the group and even went an hour overtime to ensure we saw all the significant sites. Was a bit confusing to find your group initially as there was no signage.
