een bezoek aan de oude stad Ramallah en de markt en vervolgens naar mijn huis gaan voor de lunch, de lunch is een van de beroemde Palestijnse gerechten Musakhan of maqloba (niet zelfgemaakt).
op weg naar Nelson Mandela Square om foto's te maken en dan voor het dessert te gaan, het beroemde Palestijnse ijs (Rukabs) of kinafe, wat ook een Palestijns dessert is.
