Pizza Class-ervaring aan de kust van Amalfi

This was our second time taking the class with Roberto and Francesca and again was the favorite part of our trip. Not only does the food taste great with fresh local ingredients, but Roberto and Francesca truly make you feel like a local and part of a big Italian family. The view overlooking Amalfi is stunning and the perfect backdrop for the cooking class. Words cannot describe the experience which is why when we went back to Amalfi we had to take the class a second time. By far the best cooking class you will take 10/10 recommend! Come hungry and ready to work!

Our group of six came to this class as complete pizza making novices and left feeling like we had just spent an afternoon with family. Roberto and Francesca picked us up, welcomed us into their home, and guided us through every step of the process with patience, warmth, and genuine expertise. The pizza we made together was some of the best any of us had ever tasted, and the views from their home made the entire experience. This is not just a cooking class, it is a perfect example of Italian hospitality, and it was worth every penny.

This was such an awesome and fun experience! They welcomed us into.theor home like we were family! We learned so much about making pizza and can't wait to get home to try out all that we learned! We recommend this to everyone. The view os also spectacular while you make your pizza!

Thank you Roberto and Francesca for opening your home to us and sharing your love for making pizza! It was the best pizza we have ever eaten. But beyond that, the hospitality shown to us was amazing. Today was the best day of my birthday trip to Amalfi thanks to Roberto and Francesca! This is an experience you don’t want to pass up and it’s worth way more than what you pay. From the time Chef Roberto picked us up from out hotel we knew we were in for a great day. When we arrived at their home, Francesca welcomed us and made us feel like old friends. We soon discovered that we were the only two participants in the class, which made the day even better. Chef Roberto gave us many tips and guided us as we made our pizzas hands on from start to finish with many of the ingrediants picked fresh from their terrace. Francesca showed us how to make limoncello ice cream. After we prepared and cooked our pizzas, we sat down with Chef Roberto and Francesca at the table, shared stories, laughed, ate our pizzas and ice cream, and admired the faboulous views. Tiffany and I had such a wonderful time with this special couple and agree that this was the highlight of our trip to Italy. We would love to do it again and highly recommend.
