Bob was amazing. He worked hard to keep all of us informed. My husband and I are elderly, and he found places for us to sit whenever possible. It was raining most of the of the time, but he was thoughtful about helping us stand under the awnings when possible. We had a great time and learned so much about the history of the market.

Chip was a phenomenal tour guide and so very informative regarding the area, food, and the merchants that occupy the market. Would definitely do this again and highly recommend for others to try.

Our guide was thoughtful and informative. We enjoyed the tour of the market and most of the stops in which we were able to sample local foods. We did not like, however, the Truffle Queen visit. Truffles are not local and the sales pitch was too long and too pushy. Later, in the market and on our own, we had lovely tastes of local jams without a heavy sales pitch. Perhaps a shift here is in order.

One of the best things I could’ve done to help me enjoy pikes market. The tour guide was excellent in explaining all the information that you would never get just walking around on your own, which made pikes market all the more special highly recommend taking this tour, not to mention the fact that we did tastings from many of the places with super long lines because they’re so good a great way to taste your way through the market. Don’t hesitate to take this tour. I would say go early because you’re gonna wanna double back and go eat at several of the places they take you to if you have room.

The food was very good. Great time for our first time in Seattle to get to know the Pike Place Market.

Woody was very knowledgeable and led the group through the Pike Market Center at a pace that agreed with everyone. I was amazed that we received so many samples, plus sales percentages after the tour. I would highly recommend Woody.

Great overall history about the market and its vendors. Enjoyed the various samplings biscuits, cheeses, delicious clam chowder and gelato. Our guide Chip was knowledgeable and personable. He gave us good tips to enjoy Seattle outside of the tour as well.

This was one of the best "food tours" we have ever taken. Our guide, Chip, was engaging and informative - he navigated us through the Pike Place Market very efficiently, while we tasted generous samples along the way. We covered so much ground and learned a lot. Chip also helped us plan the rest of our day. Don't believe folks who comment "you can do this on your own" - having a guide made our visit to the market!
