Freedom Elephant Reserve's 90 minuten ervaring begint met voeden om een band tussen jou en je nieuwe vrienden te creëren. Gasten krijgen elk een mand met fruit om mee te nemen naar het voederstation, waar ze zullen kijken hoe de olifanten in hun eigen tempo eten terwijl ze hun slurf gebruiken om hun voedsel in hun bek te leiden. Terwijl de olifanten eten en u geniet van uw tijd met hen, zullen onze gidsen u alles vertellen over hun individuele verhalen. U kunt de olifanten fotograferen en bekijken op uw gemak terwijl u leert over hun levensstijl en gedrag. Nadat het voeren voorbij is en je kennis hebt gemaakt met alle olifanten, loop je samen met de olifanten naar het modderbad. Het is tijd om hun lichaam te bedekken met modder. Hier wrijven ze zich tegen de modderwand om parasieten eraf te wrijven en scrubben om eventuele dode huid te verwijderen. Vervolgens gaan ze naar de rivier. Dit is waar je ze zult zien waden door het water terwijl ze spatten, spelen en afkoelen.

De Ethereal Nature Walk in het Freedom Elephant Reserve Phuket biedt bezoekers een unieke kans om quality time door te brengen met olifanten in hun natuurlijke omgeving, evenals een begrip van en inzicht in hun geschiedenis, verhalen en gedrag, terwijl je geliefde levenslange herinneringen creëert aan je tijd doorgebracht met deze geweldige zoogdieren. Houd er rekening mee dat we alleen pick-up kunnen bieden voor twee personen of meer. Geef de naam, het adres en het kamernummer van uw hotel op, evenals uw telefoonnummer (WhatsApp). Voor vervoer heen en terug vanaf de volgende locaties gelden extra kosten: Kamala – Volwassenen 150 baht per persoon – Kinderen 100 baht per persoon. Amazing connection with the elephants. All quite relaxed and the space is really well taken care of. You can pace yourself along the reserve and enjoy some quality time.
The guides are so friendly and told us a lot about the elephants here! Can tell the elephants are happy living here and I’m so glad they don’t have to suffer anymore :)
You can tell they are doing well. They let you feed them and you can watch how they eat and bathe.

Kim, caretakers, and all staff were AMAZING!!!! I would recommend this tour to anyone!!!!! Learned so much information and spent 90 min walking with, feeding, and touching the elephants. I would do it over and over again!!!

An incredibly beautiful tour with great viewing and interactive experiences with the elephants! This is a sustainable and ethical sanctuary which was top on our list when we looked at booking. Kim was our guide and was so knowledgeable, sweet, and safe when guiding us around the sanctuary. A 10/10 activity, great for anyone!!! I would highly recommend!

Highly recommended if you want to see elephants in their natural habitat. There are three females here and we were able to see and touch them calmly. It is a place where they take good care of them and you can see that they live peacefully. We were able to take photos, feed them, and watch them bathe.
