- Alle passagiers 2 jaar en ouder dienen fast track vooraf te betalen. als er extra passagiers aankomen en er niet rekening mee wordt gehouden, wordt dit geannuleerd zonder restitutie.
- Voor vertrek fast track, kunt u uw gegevens invoeren onder "Aankomst vlucht en tijd", zoals het reserveringsteam dit zal zien en opnieuw met u bevestigen
- Voor Fast Track Aankomst van 00.00 - 05.59 uur geldt een toeslag van 500 Baht per persoon, minimaal 2 personen
- Voor Fast Track Vertrek met Premium Lounge van 00.00 - 05.59 uur geldt een toeslag van 1300 Baht per persoon, minimaal 2 personen
- Vluchtvertragingen - Als uw vlucht vertraagd is, hoeft u ons niet op de hoogte te stellen. Onze luchthavengids wordt geïnformeerd, omdat we vluchtschema's actief in de gaten houden.
- Vluchtwijzigingen - Als uw vluchtnummer verandert, gelieve ons dan minstens 6 uur voor uw oorspronkelijk geplande aankomsttijd op de hoogte te stellen, zodat we het schema van uw Gids kunnen bijwerken. Houd er rekening mee dat vanwege privacyvoorschriften luchtvaartmaatschappijen ons niet zullen informeren over wijzigingen in uw reisschema; het is de verantwoordelijkheid van de passagier om ons rechtstreeks op de hoogte te stellen om ervoor te zorgen dat uw service wordt geleverd.
- Houd er rekening mee dat alle reizigers de aankomstkaart (TDA) minstens 3 dagen voor aankomst online moeten invullen. Als u het vergeet, helpt onze Gids u graag bij het invullen van de TDA bij aankomst, net voordat u het fast track-gebied betreedt.
- Mandarijn taal is op aanvraag, maar vanwege beperkt personeel kan niet worden gegarandeerd.

Don't use Viator. I was left stranded at the fly bridge, there was no representative of Viator there to greet me. I ended up standing in the immigration queue for a long time. Extremely disappointed.

You reserved our Standard Fast Track service, which explicitly specifies that guests meet their guide at our designated airport counter. Our VIP Fast Track package is the option that includes a personal meet-and-greet directly at the arrival gate, which was not the service selected or paid for. We even emailed you the confirmation for the standard fast track. Our guide was waiting at the designated counter as scheduled. Although the booking details were not followed on arrival, our team still processed a 100% full refund as a gesture of goodwill. This is a must have service, we by passed the 40 minute wait at customs and passport control via the VIP line and our guide could t do enough to help or assist us.

Excellent service from start to finish! The Viator Fast Track service made our arrival completely stress-free. I never saw the guide who was supposed to accompany me. If I had waited for them to arrive, I would have missed my flight! Furthermore, the application is not compliant for this service.

We booked the VIP Fast Track with Transportation service, and it was honestly worth every penny. The service started the moment we arrived. We were met right at the aircraft door and escorted through the airport. The whole process was incredibly smooth and fast — within about 10 minutes, we were already through and heading to collect our luggage. They also took care of our bags, so we didn’t have to worry about carrying or managing anything ourselves. Once we were ready to leave, our private car was already waiting for us, and we were taken directly to our hotel. Everything was very well organized from start to finish. After a long flight, especially when traveling as a family with children and luggage, having someone handle the entire arrival process made such a difference. The VIP Fast Track + Transportation package was absolutely worth the price, and I would definitely use this service again whenever I visit Phuket. Highly recommended!

From walking off the plane it was approximately 10 minutes to walk from aircraft, meet our lovely guide MJ , who got us through customs, got our bags, and to our taxi. He did an amazing job! Last time coming into Phuket was nearly an hour wait in the line for customs alone, so well and truly worth it.

I had asked for this service but no-one was there to help with the service. I am trying to get a refund but unable to send a mail. No-one even reached out to me after the said date. Terrible service. Would not go ahead with this so called team.

Very disappointing experience. There was no driver waiting for me at the pickup location. When I contacted them and told them I was outside, they argued with me instead of trying to resolve the issue. I had to pay $116 for another taxi, and they refused to refund me. This was unprofessional, and I would not recommend using this service.
