U vermijdt de lange algemene wachtrijen en briest door de douane via de officiële Priority Immigration Lane voordat u veilig door de aankomsthal wordt begeleid. Deze premium service zorgt ervoor dat uw aankomst in Phuket volledig soepel en stressvrij verloopt. Op zoek naar een budgetvriendelijk alternatief? We bieden ook een standaard Fast-Track-optie, die alleen toegang met voorrang tot immigratie omvat (zonder de persoonlijke skywalk-escort/aankomsthal-assistentie). - Baby's die op de reisdatum tussen 14 dagen en 2 jaar oud zijn, mogen gratis mee als ze worden begeleid door een betalende volwassene
- Houd uw hotelgegevens en retourticket bij de hand voor het geval de immigratie hierom vraagt.
- Alle passagiers van 2 jaar en ouder moeten vooraf fast track betalen. Als er extra passagiers arriveren en er geen rekening mee is gehouden, wordt dit zonder restitutie geannuleerd.
- Bij de vraag bij het afrekenen "Waar wilt u afgezet worden" vult u "Exit" of "Uw hotelnaam" in als u een luchthaventransfer heeft geboekt
- Voor Fast Track-aankomst tussen 00.00 en 05.59 uur geldt een toeslag van 500 Baht per persoon, minimaal 2 personen
- Voor Fast Track Vertrek met Premium Lounge van 00.00 - 05.59 uur geldt een toeslag van 1300 Baht per persoon, minimaal 2 personen
- Vluchtvertragingen - Als uw vlucht vertraagd is, hoeft u ons niet op de hoogte te stellen. Onze luchthavengids wordt geïnformeerd, omdat we vluchtschema's actief in de gaten houden.
- Vluchtwijzigingen - Als uw vluchtnummer verandert, gelieve ons dan minstens 6 uur voor uw oorspronkelijk geplande aankomsttijd op de hoogte te stellen, zodat we het schema van uw Gids kunnen bijwerken. Houd er rekening mee dat vanwege privacyvoorschriften luchtvaartmaatschappijen ons niet zullen informeren over wijzigingen in uw reisschema; het is de verantwoordelijkheid van de passagier om ons rechtstreeks op de hoogte te stellen om ervoor te zorgen dat uw service wordt geleverd.

Booking the VIP Fast Track in Phuket was hands down the best decision we made for our trip. From the second we stepped off the plane, the arrival was smooth, quick, and completely hassle-free. What really blew us away, though, was the incredible customer service before we even landed. Tak at IAsia Thailand noticed an error in the flight details we had submitted and proactively emailed us to get everything corrected ahead of time. Because of Tak's sharp attention to detail, our guide was waiting right at the gate to escort us through customs without a hitch.

Unfortunately no one showed up. I waited around for quite awhile. Luckily it didn't take too long to get through customs.

Couldn’t believe how good this service is. Met at the top of the fly bridge and through to baggage in 5 mins. The 2 staff assigned to us were brilliant. The normal queue for immigration was at least a 2 - 3 hr wait. I’ve never seen the arrivals hall so busy in many trip to Phuket. Anyone going through Phuket International, do yourself a BIG favour and use this service. You won’t regret it.

The fast track service was a great experience and made arriving at Phuket Airport a breeze. We were met at the jet bridge by a couple of very kind and helpful staff that help us navigate the airport and immigration. This saved us a ton of time when we were exhausted after several long flights and we were on our way to our hotel in less than 20 minutes.
