Een van Thailands mooiste en zeker de meest gefotografeerde is de Phraya Nakhon grot in de provincie Prachuap Khiri Khan, ongeveer 45 minuten rijden ten zuiden van Hua Hin. Deze indrukwekkende grot ligt in Khao Sam Roi Yot National Park en bij de grot heb je een prachtig uitzicht op stranden, bergen en bossen. De Phraya Nakhon grot bestaat uit twee kamers. Het plafond van beide kamers is open waardoor de stralen van de zon naar binnen kunnen komen, waardoor de grotten een mystieke uitstraling krijgen. De sfeer in de grot is rustig en sereen, vooral als er niet veel mensen in de buurt zijn.

If there is one thing I have learned about traveling in Southeast Asia, it's that some of the most breathtaking views are earned. Such was the case with Phraya Nakhon Cave. We were very fortunate to have as our guide a young Thai lady named Pui, who was very knowledgable about the cave and its history. (How she manages to make this hike more than once or twice a year, however, is beyond me.) For what it is worth, we decided to forgo hiking over the mountain from the beach and rented a longtail boat instead. My knees would thank me later. I won't try to describe the moment I first laid eyes on the golden pavilion gleaming in the sunlight that streamed in from high above the cave. Words don't do it justice. Suffice it to say, the experience was more than worth the hike! This was actually one of the best tours I've ever arranged through Viator. You will not be sorry.
This was a fabulous tour, and well worth the money! We were greeted by a tour guide, and drove about an hour to the national park. Then we took a short boat ride to the cave and pavilion, which was astounding in its beauty. Then a boat ride back, lunch included, and drive home. I can't begin to describe the cave and pavilion, so I recommend that you google it or watch on YouTube. It is unlike anything we've ever seen, and we've traveled extensively. Best of all, the tour guides were fantastic: helpful, friendly, attentive to our needs. Highly recommend this excursion!

I highly recommend! It was an amazing experience! The views were incredible and my guide was extremely knowledgeable.
It is a place that everyone should visit provided you are healthy, as you will have to climb the steps to height of 430m.
