Hier is het allerbeste van Victoria's natuurervaringen. De Penguin Parade is een absolute 'must' op de reisroute van elke bezoeker, maar deze tour geeft je zoveel meer. De eerste stop is Moonlit Sanctuary Wildlife Conservation Park, waar je wallaby's van dichtbij kunt zien tijdens de wallaby-wandeling (je kunt kleine joeys uit de buidel van hun moeder zien gluren). Geniet van een ranger die unieke inzichten en informatie geeft tijdens de dagelijkse koalapresentatie. Daarna reizen we door naar het spectaculaire Cape Woolamai Surf Beach. Dit strand, gelegen aan de zuidkust van Phillip Island, wordt blootgesteld aan de deining van de oceaan en de branding hier is echt indrukwekkend. Het is ook niet ongewoon om dolfijnen of zeehonden te zien zwemmen in de wateren vlak bij het strand. We bezoeken ook de Nobbies en de grootste pelsrobbenkolonie van Australië bij Seal Rocks. Eindelijk, de ultieme attractie: honderden kleine pinguïns komen uit de oceaan en waggelen over het strand naar hun zandduinholen.

Wereldberoemde Penguin Parade. Onze gidsen geven je voldoende tijd om te genieten van het gloednieuwe bezoekerscentrum, boordevol interessante displays over de schattige kleine pinguïns. Neem de tijd om over de paden en promenades te dwalen om pinguïns in hun holen te zien. En natuurlijk genieten van het spektakel van de 'parade' in de schemering!

Ophalen is alleen mogelijk via de lijst met hotels die bij het afrekenen wordt verstrekt. Je wordt opgehaald tussen 11.00 uur en 12.00 uur (tijdens de zomertijd, AEDT) of tussen 10.00 uur en 11.00 uur (tijdens de niet-zomertijd, AEST), afhankelijk van de locatie die je selecteert. Uw exacte vergadertijd wordt verstrekt nadat een boeking is geplaatst. Deze tour keert afhankelijk van het seizoen rond 21.00 uur tot middernacht terug naar Melbourne.

This was a wonderful tour. Kevin was a great guide, full of information about what we were seeing. He also gave us great tips to get the most out of our penguin parade experience. One thing to be prepared for- the penguin parade is very popular and they sell thousands of tickets per night. I didn’t realize it would be so crowded. But thanks to Kevin, I had good seats and knew where to go on the boardwalks to see them waddling to their burrows. I would definitely recommend this tour.

My friend and I had a lovely day on this tour. It was a great opportunity to see a variety of native Australian wildlife. Mark K was a great tour guide, he was very knowledgeable about the animals and general Australian history. He also gave us some very helpful tips and tricks when it came to the penguin parade.
Angel (Sophia) was the BEST! She was definitely the highlight of our whole Australia trip. I would take literally any tour she was guiding. The tour was very informational, well timed, organized, and Sophia was very attentive to everyone’s needs.
As a newcomer to Melbourne, this was one of the best ways to get to know the beautiful landscapes and fauna this place has to offer. Also a special mention of Mr David N. who was an incredible tour guide, so caring and very very cultured, always telling facts about the environment. Driver was fantastic Due to a bad storm with lightning they had to close the penguin viewing areas when the penguins started coming ashore We only got to see 2 penguins
While we're delighted to hear that your tour guide & driver was fantastic, it's certainly disappointing to hear that your experience at the penguin parade was so badly affected by the weather and that this clearly had a negative impact on your tour experience. Fortunately, these events are very rare (we could count on one hand how many times over 25+ years we can recall this happening) but we're sorry that you were unfortunate enough to have this happen on the night of your visit. We hope you might one day have an opportunity to revisit Phillip Island with us, as the Penguin Parade is something we'd love you to remember for all the right reasons!
I had an amazing day and the tour was planned professionally and well with amazing time planning and organisation. The fee was absolutely worth it, given the amazing tour guide Ben (Benjamin) who was not only funny and extremely kind and thoughtful, but also became the first tour guide I have ever listened to who could share interesting facts and knowledge without being boring. It takes a lot of talent to get a whole bus of university students chatting away to stop and listen in on facts about Melbourne and its wildlife, Benjamin has clearly mastered this skill. The bus itself seemed old at first sight, but had functioning wifi and aircon/heaters throughout the day and the seats were comfy enough to even have a nap. Honestly this has been the best guided day trip I have ever experienced and I especially thank Benjamin for being an amazing tour guide and making this trip memorable and highly recommendable.
