Bezoek de hoogste top van Thailand met de Stupa van de laatste koning van Chiang Mai. Wandelen bij Pha Dok Siew Nature Trail en Doi Inthanon National Park. Walk volgt de loop van de Mae Klang-rivier die het dorp en de boerderijen van water voorziet. Pha Dok Siew Nature Trail is in de loop der jaren een steeds populairdere bestemming geworden. Het is een plaats voor ecotoerisme die veel toeristen overtuigt om de 7 verdiepingen tellende waterval onder het Pha Dok Siew Nature Trail te zien. Als je talloze Dok Siew-bloemen ziet, betekent dit dat je bent aangekomen. Het is het cadeau van de natuur voor elke reiziger, daarom moet je niet langer wachten om je uitputting los te laten in het heldere en koele water! Verken de prachtige Wachirathan-waterval in het park. Verken de Hmong-markt en bezoek Karen Village in Ban Mae Klang Luang.

- Voor een bezoek aan de Chedi's van de King & Queen, moet je de plaats eren door je te kleden in een casual dresscode (of beter). Geen flipperschoenen (sneakers, sportschoenen of gesneden schoenen zijn OK), Geen tanktop (T-Shirt is OK), Geen korte broek (lange spijkerbroek is OK).

Bobo was a great tour guide for our day trip. He had lots of energy and kept the day moving to schedule. The day exceeded expectations. The 2 hour nature walk was not strenuous but lots of steps and uneven surface.

Great natural view for the P trail. There’s local guide is very friendly. Showed us the snake and helped to take a lot of photos. There’s a strawberry farm. At the end of the trail, there’s a coffee brewing place and the beans are very northern Thailand. The native locals are making some clothes as well as souvenirs on the spot. Good to support the business

it was raining in the morning. Otherwise the falls were good. The king and Queen temples were beautiful. The nature walk thru the rice fields were good. Just the right amount of time. Lunch was typical. Got to sample some coffee

I went on the tour on 13.03.2025 and the tour guide barely spoke any English. I chose to go on a tour to learn about the history and wasn't able to . It was basically a taxi service dropping you off at a place and then taking you to a next place. If the company is going to employ people who do not speak fluent english then they should provide a written handout in English. Conversley, I went on a tour the day before and the tour guide spoke fluent English.

I had a delightful experience on the tour, thoroughly enjoying the session with Mint, who was an outstanding guide. His passion and enthusiasm for his work were truly inspiring, and he did a fantastic job explaining the background of the trail. While the minibus wasn't the comfiest for longer rides, it was manageable, especially when it wasn't packed. A minor hiccup was the brief market tour and the pick-up situation—I struggled to find someone to confirm the waiting point, and we missed being picked up at our preferred spot. The lunch was simple but filling, featuring chicken without pork or beef—perfectly okay, though not mind-blowing. Overall, it was a memorable adventure!

The guide did not show up at the pick up point (supposed to be 5 am!). Be very careful with this provider. No e-mail, no attempt to communicate. I made a co pliant via booking.com which advertised this trip.

The trail through the jungle, following the river down a series of waterfalls was brilliant. A stop to try the local coffee, then a lovely lunch. Another highlight, the money shots, were the King and Queen Pagodas. Beautiful!

This trip is a must! A beautiful walk around the rice fields and a glimpse at local life. The waterfalls are all incredible. Our tour guide Bobo (I hope that’s right!) was the BEST, we could not thank him enough. He was friendly, happy and energetic the whole trip, and super interesting to talk to. I hope he sees this and knows that he made our trip!

Met some wonderful people on this tour but it was badly let down by the guide whose English (this was sold as including an English speaking guide) was very poor. Everyone in our group was disappointed with her quality of English and she appeared very rude to guests at times but we all put this down to her lack of English !! Had it not been for our fellow guests the tour would have been a complete disaster!
