Ik ben een Toscaan, geboren in Val d'Orcia. Ik hou van eenvoudig, authentiek en smakelijk eten. Ik kook al meer dan 20 jaar en heb tot 2022 een van de meest bevolkte restaurants van de omgeving geleid. Nu heb ik besloten om professionele en vertrouwelijke service te bieden in totaal thuiscomfort. U krijgt de gelegenheid om elke stap van de kookvoorbereidingen te observeren en vragen te stellen over de ingrediënten en het territorium. Ik zal voor alles zorgen. Ik zal winkelen bij vertrouwde lokale producenten en ik zal ook graag de beste wijnarrangementen voorstellen, die kunnen worden gekocht bij wijnhuizen rond Montepulciano en Montalcino. Ik deel graag mijn ervaringen met u en geef u advies en informatie over dit deel van Toscane en over de activiteiten en plaatsen die u tijdens uw vakantie kunt bezoeken.

Our experience with Asia was so fantastic we booked another session so all of our family could share in the fun. We learned how to cook Italian meals and enjoyed every minute of our time. We made pasta and then created a new menu our second time around -- Asia worked with us so we could pick the food we wanted. We did the cooking with her guidance and then enjoyed delicious food. We highly recommend this cooking and eating experience for any family, friends, or work outing. It is fun to work together, learn together, and then feast together. Asia is very talented, kind, and fun!

Every breakfast and dinner was freshly prepared daily with incredible attention to detail, flavor, and presentation. The cooking class we booked with Asia was the highlight of our entire trip to Italy. As a family, we had so much fun, making pastas and learning the techniques for traditional Italian cooking. Asia arrived early and brought everything needed, prepared everything and then taught our family, several different pasta, making techniques and afterwards even shared her recipes with us! The food was incredible, it was the best pasta we’ve ever had in our lives! She also offers an option to complement the meal with her own wine that she produces herself, and it was the perfect pairing. After the meal, she cleans everything up and packages the leftovers for you. We feel so grateful to have had this super fun experience, and I feel like I made a new friend in the process. I will call Asia anytime I come to Italy in the future. Don’t miss out on this wonderful opportunity!
Wow! What an amazing experience. It was just my husband and I in our private villa in Montepulciano and we had so much fun. I can not eat dairy, so we opted for a private chef in order make sure it would work. She was extremely accommodating, creating delicious pasta dishes without dairy. She was patient, kind, and professional, knowledgable about the area. She followed up with recipes and instructions, so we will definitely be "attempting" to recreate the amazing pasta she helped us create. We can't say enough great things about her. Thank you Asia!
What happens when the private chef you've hired is not only brilliant in the cucina (kitchen), but also has a deep love of the people and places of Tuscany and Val D'Orcia? You receive an absolutely unforgettable and deeply satisfying culinary and cultural experience. It's impossible to describe how good her food tastes, and even more impossible to describe the warmth that she radiates to her guests. Because I was travelling solo, I hired her to fix my first meal upon arriving in Campiglia D'Orcia, and I described my likes and dislikes. I also asked her to make enough for me to have leftovers. Mama Mia! Dinner was a lesson in making meatballs with tomato sauce. I've never had a meatball that was so delicious and tender. The left-overs made for sides with eggs, with pasta, and a sandwich. And she loaded my refrigerator with homemade pea soup (the peas from her garden), chicken cacciatora, fabulous greens, fruits, and cheeses, all local. My advice: if you want to love a cooking/dining experience, Asia is the chef and cultural guide to hire... over and over again.
We had an incredible Tuscan dinner with Asia — easily the best meal we had in Tuscany. Every dish was outstanding, from the fresh local starter (tomatoes, bread, pesto, and stracciatella) to the most delicious pici with ragù, a perfectly cooked chicken and potatoes main, and an unforgettable tiramisu. Beyond the food, Asia made the experience truly special by sharing stories about the dishes and the region. She was warm, engaging, and a joy to spend the evening with. Don’t miss her wines — small-production, unique, and absolutely excellent.
My friend and I took Asias cooking class at the olive mill in Pienza and it was AMAZING. She is so knowledgeable and patient with her students and her passion is so evident in her skills. We made 3 different types of pasta and she made it so simple.
Asia and her team created a once in in a lifetime experience at the Villa. Her menu over the week was excellent! Regional, authentic, thoughtful. Our pasta making class was thorough and very accessible for our group who were first time pasta makers.
My wife and I had a private pasta-making class with Asia. I couln't recommend her enough!! A true expert and a wonderful teacher! The class included an apperitivo, 3 pasta courses and some wine. Everything was flawless and truly enjoyable. One of the major highlights of our entire trip in Italy.
Chef Asia communicated with us before we arrived and made arrangements to come to our accommodations. She arrived promptly and took over the kitchen. Our group of four prepared 3 pastas (with instruction). They were cooked with Asia’s sauces. The meal was delicious. The chef entertained us with delightful stories throughout. Dessert of tiramisu was fabulous. We had plenty of leftovers to enjoy for the rest of the week. Highly recommended activity. You won’t regret it!
