De hele dag doorgebracht in het Sintra-gebergte, omringd door verhalen, dromerige paleizen en exotische tuinen en in de middag prachtige kliffen, uitkijkpunten en stranden aan de Atlantische kust en het meest westelijke deel van Europa. Deze fantastische dag begint met ophalen bij uw hotel! Ga door het pittoreske dorpje Sintra en geniet van het Sintra Nationaal Paleis en de regionale handel, op weg naar Pena Palace. Bezoek het meest westelijke punt van Europa, Cabo da Roca, waar u prachtige landschappen en natuurlijke kliffen vindt, omgeven door de Atlantische Oceaan. Vrije tijd voor de lunch (niet inbegrepen in de prijs). Bezoek het beroemde uitkijkpunt "Boca do Inferno" om de woede van de golven op de rotswanden te observeren. Bezoek het charmante dorpje Cascais voor een wandeling rond de baai of een traditioneel dorp vol winkels, restaurants en bloemen in de straten. Bezoek Sintra, zijn straten en tuinen, bezoek een banketbakkerij om de beroemde Sintra-snoepjes (kussens) te proeven.
Bezoek aan het paleis (verplicht bezoek en zelfstandig bezoek, terras en panoramisch uitzicht, immersieve ruimte, zoomgids).
Het is de meest westelijke plek van Europa en biedt fantastische uitzichten die je de adem benemen. Waar het land eindigt en de zee begint.
In dit gebied bezoeken we Praia do Guincho, beroemd om zijn golven en surfers, Boca do Inferno en zijn rotsachtige ontsnappingen (niet te missen), Vila de Cascais (lunch niet inbegrepen in de prijs). Vervolg naar Lissabon langs de kustweg langs de zee, met prachtige stranden.

This is one of the best tours we’ve ever taken. Rui was knowledgeable on the history of Lisbon and all the sites leading to and from Sintra. He got us early tickets to the Palacio Nacional de Pena and knew which spots would get crowded later. He was not intrusive and stepped in to tell us things we needed to know, but let us explore on our own also. Can’t recommend enough!

In spite of the rainy weather we had a fabulous day. Rui shared so much information on the history of Peña Palace, the Sintra community, and city of Caiscais. Best part vas visiting the westernmost point of Europe. Comfortable transportation an d he was very considerate of our physical limitations due to bad knees and foot.

The only way to see Sintra and the surrounding area! We spent a lovely day with Rui. His knowledge of the palace enhanced our experience so much! Honestly, a private tour is the only way to experience Sintra and the surrounding area! No train, bus, parking logistics or tickets to figure out and navigate and no time wasted! We had such a lovely day with Rui, first experiencing Pena Palace before the crowds. His knowledge of the palace and its history enhanced our visit. We enjoyed free time in Sintra and Cascais as well as a beautiful drive through the Parque Natural de Sintra-Cascais Cabo da Roca and Praia do Guincho were great stops as well, even on an overcast day. The Pena Palace is breathtaking. Cabo da Roca and Cascais were beautiful coastal stops. Done it was a Saturday, everything was very crowded. We enjoyed having time in Cascais to wander and pick a restaurant for lunch. Rui is a great guide!
