The duration mentioned in your review is not accurate. Our cruise departs at 8:30 a.m. and returns no later than 6:30 p.m., making the total duration approximately 10 hours, not 11.5 hours. We also confirm that the boat did enter the Blue Caves, weather and sea conditions permitting, as it does on every scheduled cruise. Many of our guests are able to enjoy and photograph this part of the trip. We understand that personal expectations can vary, but we believe it is important that reviews reflect the experience as accurately as possible. While our team initially hoped the problem could be resolved quickly, allowing the crossing to proceed, it became clear after further assessment that this would not be possible. For this reason, passengers were asked to wait at Lefkimmi Port before the difficult decision was made to cancel the sailing. We understand how disappointing it was to wait only to learn that the crossing had been cancelled. Please know that this decision was not taken lightly. The safety of our passengers and crew is always our highest priority, and we will never operate a vessel unless it is safe to do so. As the cancellation was due to an issue on our side, all affected passengers are entitled to a full refund. Thank you for your feedback. We'd like to clarify that the boat cannot anchor directly on the beach because the waters there are too shallow. Instead, we stop in the crystal-clear waters just a short distance from the shore, where guests can enjoy swimming in some of the clearest water in the world. Our itinerary does not include time on the beach at Antipaxos, only private boats can go near to the beach.
