Ophaallocaties en -tijden
De autostoel is tegen betaling, afhankelijk van de beschikbaarheid bij reservering. Voertuigen worden toegewezen op basis van het aantal passagiers. U ontvangt een e-mail een dag voor uw geplande ophaaltijd met uw boekingsreferentie, ons klantenservicenummer en de naam en contactgegevens van uw chauffeur. Voor vertrektransfers zal uw chauffeur u ontmoeten in de lobby van uw hotel. Wachttijd: 30 minuten na de aangegeven ophaaltijd. Geef de ophaaltijd, de naam van het ophaal- en afleverhotel en het volledige adres door.

Excellent service! They made everything easy with customizable pickup and drop off locations, quick communications, and very comfortable ride with a friendly driver. They even stopped halfway for a toilet break.

The driver was very friendly and kind throughout the trip. However, he was on his phone texting or reading texts while driving. We also had to pull over three times to confirm the hotel name, and at one point his phone stopped working, leaving him without navigation. I offered to help using my phone, but since it was in English, we still missed a few turns and the trip took longer than expected. While the driver himself was very pleasant, as a transport company I would expect drivers to have reliable navigation and a backup system, rather than relying solely on a personal phone. With a few improvements on the logistics side, this could be a much better experience.

Although I didn't receive everything included such as waters and cool towels our ride was good. The driver was punctual and pleasant and that's a plus.
