They canceled on my literally the day of my class. Told me to come a different time I was unavailable. Very disappointed as they could have made this decision the day before and gave me more options.
This was such a fun experience! The instructor, Clara, was personable, energetic, and knowledgeable. She guided us through the whole process of making the famous nata. We got to enjoy eating the finished product and even got to take some more to go. Definitely recommend!!
We had a fantastic time as a family of four at this Pastel de Nata baking class in Porto! 🇧🇷 Our Brazilian instructor really made the experience special. She was friendly, fun, patient, and incredibly informative, teaching us not only how to make delicious Pastéis de Nata but also sharing interesting insights along the way. She created a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere that made everyone feel comfortable, regardless of their baking experience. 🎂 We were also celebrating a birthday during the class, and she went above and beyond to make it memorable. She surprised us by placing a candle on top of a freshly baked Pastel de Nata, and the whole group joined in singing Happy Birthday! It was such a thoughtful gesture and made the occasion even more special. 👨🏼🍳 The class was well-organised, hands-on, and lots of fun for the whole family. We left with great memories, new baking skills, and some delicious treats to enjoy. ☀️ We would highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Porto—it's a fun, unique activity and a wonderful way to spend a few hours!
Great pastel de nata course. Great room. Made pastry from scratch. Lovely teacher. Wine and soft drinks available
A really enjoyable experience learning how to make Porto's famous Pastel de Nata. A good venue in a central location, and relaxed atmosphere with a lovely group of people. Clara is an excellent leader, and ensured that everyone was involved and engaged. Enjoying the results with an espresso was a real treat!
We had the best time! I learned so much during this class. The best part is that you get to eat the finished product! I can't wait to try at home!
This was a really fun class. The instructor made it all so easy and a really great way to spend an afternoon.
Had a great time with Vanessa as our chef/teacher. The natas were delicious and I recommend it to anyone
Excellent experience! Clara, our baker, was fantastic. She explained everything and made sure that each one attending got some hands-on experience.
