I was difficult for me to accurately rate this experience. The actual experience itself was wonderful. The hosts and instructors were wonderful, charismatic and expertly guided their guests through the process of making raviolis. My actual reason for rating this experience low was because my daughter began to develop a head cold or common cold with the 24 hours of the experience. I reached out to the organizers to let them know of the situation as soon as I realized what was developing. Around midnight the night before. My daughter was so excited for the experience, in the morning she thought she could power through but as the day wore on she began to feel worse and realized maybe it would put others at risk by going. I reached out to TripAdvisor a second time requesting to cancel and get a refund. I was denied the request. I told them we would still go if they didn’t provide a refund because of the incredible cost of the experience. My daughter took Italian dayquil and attended. Here’s my problem. The organizer had a choice to put the hosts health and the health of the others guests who are likely spending thousands of dollars to visit Italy at risk. It would have been a small loss for them to refund me. The actual cost of the supplies was 100 grams of flour and 1 egg per person. So disappointing.
We were welcomed into Carolina's home and truly enjoyed our pasta making class. It was a small group, Carolina and her daughter Simona were patient with us making ravioli and were excellent teachers. We got to sit down and enjoy the pasta we made! Delicious!
Perfect so enjoyable its a must . Food was perfect and atmosphere was perfect. Couldnt get better host was amazing
This was such a fun experience! I’m not the cook in my house so it was fun to try out a new skill but my husband really learned a lot more to take home with us. Alpine butter and sage as sauce on our meal was sooooooo good. Thank you Simona and Carolina!
This was excellent. Run by such delightful, knowledgeable and helpful people. Had so much fun and a delicious meal at the end.
We had an amazing time making Ravioli and eating it. Simona and Carolina were delightful and we had a blast. Would book again.
