Verlaat de drukke stad Rome om verliefd te worden op het langzame en mooie leven van de lokale bevolking in Frascati, de stad van de wijn. Uw dag begint met een prachtige treinrit naar Frascati vanuit Rome, waarbij u de schoonheid van het platteland van Rome kunt bewonderen. We halen je op bij het Frascati Station en laten je alle geweldige hoekjes van de stad zien. Dan is het tijd om onze oude wijnkelder te bereiken, waar onze familie begon met de wijnproductie. Drink twee soorten van de beste wijnen van onze familie, gecombineerd met lokaal vlees en kaas. Vervolgens is al het benodigde voor het maken van pasta klaar, dus het is jouw beurt om je handen vuil te maken. Met een schort aan en alle ingrediënten met elkaar vermengd terwijl je wijn drinkt, kom je opdagen met je eigen handgemaakte pasta. Het zal dus magisch zijn om te zien wat er is gebeurd, je pasta wordt gekookt met je favoriete Romeinse saus en dat is alles! Je bent klaar om te genieten van je eigen pasta, wijn te drinken en te ontspannen. U verlaat ons pand niet voordat u onze wijngrot niet heeft bezocht!

Federica was a fantastic teacher and I really enjoyed the class. She made it fun and easy with lots of great tips. Wine was also delicious. Highly recommend and would happily return with my kids!
Fantastic experience and a nice escape from the heat of Rome’s city centre. Stunning views on the (super cheap) 30-min train ride to Frascati, where the guide met us and took us on a short tour through the picturesque town. We then entered the kitchen/dining area and had a lot of fun learning about the food and wine history of the region, before having our own lesson on pasta making. I paired my pasta with the carbonara sauce and it was the best dish I had on my trip to Rome - beat all the restaurants. Strongly recommend for any group, couple, friend or solo trip!

An amazing and fun evening. Travelled up to Frascati by train and met at the station by the hosts, then onto drinking fantastic wine, a tour of the cellars, then making and eating awesome pasta.
My daughter and I took a trip out to Frascati for a pasta-making and wine-tasting evening, and it was everything we could have hoped for and more. There is something so incredibly special about rolling out homemade pasta and sharing wonderful local wine together. It wasn't just a dinner; it was a memory we will cherish forever. If you are looking to have a beautiful evening making a beautiful meal together as a family, I cannot recommend this experience enough!"
The experience was simply great! There were no additional costs except if you were getting to Frascatti from Rome you would need to catcha very affordable train. The length of the experienced was well timed and not delayed do afterwards we have time to browse the city a bit. Atmosphere was very open and friendly, good for creativity to flow. You will be in a pack of 12 people per session so it was very pleasant. Staff is super nice and helpfull. We were here as a part of our bachelorrete party.
This was, without a doubt, one of the highlights of our trip to Italy. Nico welcomed us into his hometown and took us on a fascinating walking tour, sharing its history from the train station all the way to his family’s home, which has been in their family for generations. We learned about their family’s winemaking tradition and even explored the incredible underground tunnel system beneath the houses, where wine was once stored in ancient cellars. It was such a unique and authentic experience. The pasta-making class was fantastic. Nico and his cousin were warm, patient, and passionate teachers. We learned how to make four different types of fresh pasta and chose from four delicious sauces to pair with them. The meal at the end was simply unforgettable. With fresh truffle added on top, it was undoubtedly the best pasta I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for a genuine, family-run Italian experience that combines history, culture, incredible food, and wonderful hospitality, I couldn’t recommend this experience more.
