BEN JE ER KLAAR VOOR..!! ADULTS ONLY PARTY cruise, we varen 7 dagen per week, we kunnen catering bieden voor groepen tot 140 personen. Welkom in Party City, Negril's HOT SPOT, LIVE DJ's, Bar, tafelservice restaurant, cadeauwinkels en nog veel meer ALLEMAAL op het witte zand op de beroemde 7 MILE BEACH Vaar naar het Koraalrif voor een beetje snorkelen, neem een paar foto's van de mooiste zeevissen, dan is het op naar Rick Cafe, onderweg spotten we misschien net een paar vriendelijke dolfijnen, ze houden van spelen en racen met de boten... Terwijl we aanmeren bij Ricks Cafe gaat de land Party door, je zult 4 uur plezier met ons hebben vanaf je stapvoets aan boord tot we je terugzetten naar je wachtende bussen, we kunnen niet wachten om met je mee te varen, of je nu een evenement viert of gewoon aan het chillen bent met vrienden en familie... we zullen je dag geweldig maken.... hebben we het al gehad over DE BESTE JERK FOOD around allemaal vers gemaakt voor je smaakpapillen om op te dansen. Very nice experience crew. Hotel pickup on time to and from magaritaville. Snorkeling and trip to Ricks was exceptional. Crew was knowledgeable, informative and experienced.
I never got the experience because i paid my money 290.00 and they stole my money and never picked us up and im truly hurt because i have four kids and i just need this to relax but it never happened and i truly regret that this happened to me because tgat money could have went to my kids.
That mam is a BLATANT LIE, you booked under RIU MONTEGO BAY , we sent you and your party an email and a text message to you the day before the excursion giving you the pick you times and we renamed your hotel RIU MONTEGO BAY AT 11am, none of you responded from the email or the regular text we sent, the morning of the excursion we messaged at least 6 times, saying the driver was there at the lobby he was there for almost 20 mins waiting with other guests in the bus, then you said you were in OCHI RIOS not Montego Bay, and wanted To be picked up from there , that’s a 2.5 hour drive from Montego Bay as you would know when you landed, we Do not pick up from OCHI RIOS, that is on you not us, we did everything we were supposed to, you then had your husband call and say that the driver didn’t pick you up and left you at the hotel, it’s the drivers fault …ANOTHER LIE.. PLEASE IF YOU ARE GOING TO LEAVE A REVIEW AT LEAST ADD THE TRUTH . THE REASON WE EMAIL AND SEND A TEXT TO ALL GUESTS IS SO WE HAVE THE CORRECT INFORMATION FOR THE DRIVERS, if you do not respond then we assume our information YOU have sent us is correct, when you decide to message 20 mins after the pick up time and offer a new hotel that is 2.5 hours away from the original hotel you said you are staying at, and want the driver to come get you , we are not at fault . Other guests were complaining saying they didn’t pay to wait around but we still stayed at the lobby in Montego looking for you
I booked this party boat to celebrate my bday with my family and friends and I’m so happy that we did it. We had a TIME!! The staff on the boat were fun, our driver was fun and the vibes were just great all around.

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my complete disappointment with the experience I had with your company. What was supposed to be a relaxing sunset cruise for my birthday turned into a very frustrating and uncomfortable day. When I booked the sunset cruise for 2:00 PM, nowhere did it state that this would turn into an all-day experience. I was only informed the day before that pickup would be at 10:30 AM, which was extremely misleading and felt like false advertising. Additionally, the transportation was advertised as having air conditioning, but there was no air conditioning at all. My guest and I had to endure three hours of travel in extreme heat both ways, leaving us drained and extremely uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the sunset cruise turned into a stormy experience. Given the weather conditions, we should have at least been given the option to cancel or reschedule. As a company working with travelers and booking platforms like TripAdvisor, there should have been better communication regarding the weather and potential risks. Overall, this was not the experience I was expecting, and it was incredibly disappointing that my birthday celebration was ruined because of poor communication and inaccurate information. I hope you take this feedback seriously and consider improving your communication and transparency with customers so others do not have the same experience.
NOTE ; SATURDAY 15th MARCH, the weather was light showers, you are NOT being Truthful You are being UNTRUTHFULL, im going to respond exactly as we responded to you when you and your 2 friends, did the full excursion, complained constantly for the whole trip, and tried to demand a full refund for a little drizzel, to which you are in the tropics and we have no control over. THE BUS RIDE IS NOT 6 HOURS that's a blatant lie. There were no storms forecast, if you look in the weather for the day it was light shower, we have the screen shots from the online weather info. Our buses have full AC, there were others onboard that didn't want to freeze, so the AC is on at a comfortable chill for the majority of people, especially after getting out the ocean and being damp. PICK UP TIMES : we have to drive you into Negril from Montego bay, we also go shopping and you get beach time on the 7 mile beach, most persons like to have time on the beach if they are coming from montego bay as the 7 mile is one of the most talked about. when we sent the pick up time to your cell the day before your response was " OK" you didnt complain or say anything to make us think you didnt want to do the trip. You and your 2 friends, took FULL advantage of the DRIVE to and from Montego bay , THE BAR onboard, you also went to Ricks cafe and then our driver took you back to Montego bay. Only then when you got back you tried to say we ruined your day and you wanted money for it. We did exactly what was shown online, we provided the service shown online, and yet you wanted it all for FREE !! The cruise you booked was a sunset cruise which is a 4 hour sunset cruise in Negril, your hotel is in Montego Bay Thank you for your review
I loved the entertainment. The energy was wild and everyone was partying. The time departure was on time and the time return was on time.

Very Crowded! music was not authentic reggae… very vanilla! I felt this was a tourist trap. Not my type of vibe.
Did you just visit RICKS CAFE, I can’t find you listed on the Cruise for any date I’m not clearly understanding how to respond, we are a catamaran cruise
10/10 Had a great time. Best party boat in Jamaica. The staff and captain were great. The boat was lively. Already recommended to some friends.

OMG!!!! This is a must do excursion. Of course your experience will be what you make it. I was celebrating my 50th birthday and had 12 people with me that was not afraid to turnup. We had a blast on that catamaran. From start to finish the process was smooth. Mrs. Sharyn made me feel so special from the time I called to verify my reservation and throughout the whole process. She was great. I think we cousins now......lol. Mrs. Sharyn took great care of me and made sure that I had no issues at all. She went above and beyond to ensure me and my guest had an awesome time. Don't let me forget to talk about our driver. Bell was the best on our 1 and a half hour journey going and coming back. The boat captain and all of the other people working on our boat kept the drinks coming and kept the party going. We had a great time. My 50th birthday celebration will not be forgotten!!!!!
