Great tour by experienced official guide. Some confusion as to initial meeting point and time, but all worked out in end

With limited tickets each day, it’s better to get them in advance like booking through this site. The guide was average but it’s helpful for the guide to show us the various admission procedures which can be very tight. Passports are required for foreigners.

SCAM I booked this excursion with Headout. Meeting at 10:30 AM Monday, Sept 14, 5 Piazza Romana. We waited from 10:15 AM to 11:30 AM, called the local number on the reservation 4 times in vain. Despite proof from call logs and emails during this wait, Headout takes no responsibility. Bottom line: you lose money and time. Avoid at all costs. Go directly by subway or bus to the points of interest. Ex: entry + guided tour in English at the parliament is 170 lei for 2.

The meeting point was a little hard to find but once we did, everything proceeded smoothly. Our guide got us to the Parliament and through security and turned us over to the Parliament guide. That guide was entertaining and informative. Using the ticket service make the process very convenient because trying to do this on ones own could be confusing and stressful.

A recommended visit! Mind you, if you can manage the tickets directly at the Parliament, it is better, because you save on intermediaries and it is usually cheaper. In the end, the service basically consists of accompanying you to the entrance, since the tour is conducted by an official guide from the Parliament itself. I was left wanting to do it in Spanish, since there were no spots available, but even so, it was a very interesting experience. In any case, thank you for handling the ticket, the punctuality, and the entry with hardly any waiting in line.

The visit was quite interesting and the parliament guide was very pleasant. We appreciated the person who organized the visit and acted as the liaison less, as they were quite casual and treated us a bit like a "herd." For example, our visit scheduled for 3:00 PM was pushed back by 15 minutes without explanation, which forced us to cut it short and leave before the end.

Excellent tour. Pay strict instructions to the meeting point and process before walking over to the actual parliament building. Not as grand as I expected but the sheer size is mind blowing and we only saw a small portion of the building.
