Natuurlijke wijnproeverijen zijn een zeldzame traktatie en bieden een unieke ervaring die ons onderscheidt. Onder leiding van Brave en Olivia, de eigenaren van de wijnbar. Brave, een doorgewinterde Expert met meer dan tien jaar ervaring in de Parijse natuurwijngemeenschap, profiteert van zijn uitgebreide ervaring en diepe passie voor natuurwijnen. Brave's internationale certificeringen in wijnkennis en proeverijen zorgen voor een professionele en toch toegankelijke ervaring, vrij van pretenties en vol oprecht enthousiasme. Olivia is een chemicus en kan helpen bij het beantwoorden van al uw vragen achter de wetenschap van wijn maken! Samen zijn ze het perfecte paar om je door deze ervaring te leiden. Brave en Olivia verwelkomen je alsof het hun eigen huis is. De relaxte omgeving is gezellig en nodigt uit tot een gesprek.

Olivia and Brave were amazing!! It felt like being welcomed in to their home. They were knowledgable, friendly and really good company!! I would highly recommend this if you are in Paris and want something a bit different. Thanks for a fab evening!
Loved this! We will be sure to visit again the next time we are in Paris. Brave definitely tailored the experience to us & answered our many questions thoughtfully. We ended up staying way longer than expected because we were having so much fun.
Informative, fun and laid back. Brave knows his wine and is an enthusiastic supporter of natural wines. He can be as technical or non-technical as you want him to be. Small cozy space. It can get warm in there. A fan or two would be nice.
It was a really great experience — both fun and educational. Truly a great host. Also a really cozy little wine bar with a very intimate atmosphere.

The wine tasting was led by the owner Brav, who gave his knowledgeable and very engaging introduction to tasting natural wines. We tasted a wide range of wines in a playful atmosphere, a great way to explore your own taste in wines. The possibilities in the pairing with cheeses were also nicely described
