The Musée d'Orsay is a wonderful treasure chest. The fifth floor is a treat for the eyes and the soul. Excellent experience at Café Campana. Unfortunately, despite the ticket purchased in advance, we had to wait in line for about two hours before being able to enter. The audio guide is not user-friendly and does not offer a search by author, but only by the name of the work.

Les temps d’attente à l’entrée peuvent varier en fonction de l’affluence et des contrôles de sécurité du musée, qui sont gérés directement par l’établissement et échappent à notre contrôle. Concernant l’audioguide numérique, nous vous remercions également pour votre remarque. Nous comprenons que l’absence de recherche par artiste puisse rendre la navigation moins pratique, et nous transmettrons volontiers votre retour afin de contribuer à l’amélioration de l’expérience. Museum was great. However, Viator did not deliver again. We paid for a digital guide and we’re not able to access it. We received NO information regarding digital access. We called customer service for help, but calling a man on Mars would be easier. So we gave up on Viator again and we rented audio guides from the d’Orsay.

Most of the well known impression painting are on the 5th floor; you go up several escalators. The building is very impressive.

We used Museum audio guide instead of provided audio guide. Museum is a treasure, especially Renoir exhibits.

Did not understand the digital audio guide. I thought we would pick up a device at the museum. We were surprised to learn that we needed to download it and bring our headsets. We had to buy on site in addition to paying the higher entrance fees.
Audio doesn’t work & had to rent audio headsets from museum. Viator’s link didn’t work & sent you to third party which also didn’t work
No audio guides were included as one was lead to believe. If you wanted an audio guide it was extra! Aldo, the ticket price was 2X a regular entrance fee!!! Total rip off! Do not use!

Used Skip The Line and they are a reseller. Timed Entry Ticket not allowed by Orsay Museum. Skip the Line overpriced reseller do not recommend. Buy ticket directly from Orsay Museum. Skip the Line Audio guide glitchy and not user friendly.
