Het begint allemaal met een warme kop thee of koffie voordat je meteen aan de slag gaat met het maken van je eigen botercroissant, Pain au Chocolat (of chocoladecroissant) en de Pain au Raisin! In kleine groepen van 8 personen kan de chef-kok nauwlettend volgen hoe u nieuwe vaardigheden en kennis leert. Ontdek eerst de apparatuur, de ingrediënten en de theorie achter het maken van de croissant. Je maakt het helemaal opnieuw met hoogwaardige ingrediënten die we hebben geselecteerd bij onze lokale producenten. Dan begint het allemaal met het kneden van het voordeeg. Het laatste ingrediënt geef je met de deegroller terwijl je het afgewerkte deeg uitrolt, waaruit je je eigen gebakjes gaat vormen! De tijd doet de rest terwijl ze rusten en bakken. Het eindigt allemaal goed met het proeven van wat je gebakken hebt en het altijd leerzame gesprek over je reis naar Parijs. Wij, als chefs, geven u graag culinair advies, aanbevelingen en meningen en leren ook van u. Vergeet niet de restjes weg te halen!

This was a very interesting and informative class. We learned not only how to create croissants but the science behind why things need to be done in a certain way. The bonus was getting to take home all of our delicious creations.
Rosali was absolutely wonderful. She explained how everything works and answered all of our questions. I think we will do this again! The croissants were delicious!
This was a wonderfully organised workshop. There were six of us in the class, and our instructor Julia was incredibly friendly, fun, and clearly an expert at their craft. We learned to make croissant, pain au chocolat, and pain suisses, which was a brilliant experience. I know some past reviewers didn't like being paired up, but I actually preferred it; rolling out croissant dough is hard work, so having a partner to share the physical effort made it much better. I learned a lot, brought home a box of fantastic pastries, and feel completely encouraged to try baking them at home.
We really enjoyed baking our breakfast croissants to eat fresh out of the oven, along with other people from around the world, Julie was a great teacher and now we have the detailed recipe so we can try doing this at home!
An absolutely fantastic class. Great instructor who knew his trade, served up with a fantastic sense of humor. We are skilled cooks who definitely learned new techniques. The small group settting was perfect and the results were amazing.
Our baking guide was wonderful. She was personable, knowledgeable, and flexible. We were excited to take this class and it did not disappoint!
