What a fun time with the Paris Baking Experience. We were greeted in the store and brought back into the working area of the bakery. It was great to see how things were done behind the scenes. We were given an apron, and hair net and were shown the correct way to wash your hands. Cleanliness is key. Our teacher/baker was fun and knowledgeable on the baking process. Two hours just flew by. We left with bags full of treats. I highly suggest going for this class and learning the backside of a French bakery.

David was an incredible teacher on this tour! You’re in an active bakery, working and learning along with the bakers. Love this experience, David made it fun, informative, and memorable!

From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by the Baker and instructed, educated and entertained! It was a wonderful experience and one I didn’t want to see end. It was a hands on instruction with a step by step approach. The Baker was full of history facts on each of the offerings we would make. Both my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this experience!

This is an amazing tour! Temi was so great and we got so much stuff to bring back to hotel! We loved learning the history of the baguette, croissant and financier! Keep in mind you stand for entire tour and must descend down a very steep set of stairs. Highly recommended

This class was both fun and tasty. We learned a bit of french food history regarding the bread, croissant, and financier, as well as how they are made. We also got to dig into the flour and make them, with plenty to take home! Our instructor Timmie (sorry is the spelling is incorrect) was a great hostess and very passionite about the food.

This was an amazing experience! David was very thorough in teaching us the process of making baguettes. This hands on experience was the best! David got my husband who never cooks at home to engage in making the baguettes, a sweet treat and rolling out croissants. I would recommend this to anyone who would enjoy having a hands on experience in an operational bakery kitchen.

Our tour was fantastic: the tour takes place inside the bakery, meaning the class is very authentic and personal. Our awesome tour guide Valentina was very knowledgeable and spoke Italian, French and English — she really made for a special experience. Totally recommend.

Clara was great! We rolled our own baguettes and made financiers. We also learned about the history of the baguette, financiers and croissant. She really engaged with us and made the whole experience lovely.
