Je brengt 3 uur door in een privétour met een lokale gids en stopt op 4 plaatsen in de beste restaurants en markten van de wijk Le Marais. Je proeft gerechten zoals 'charcuterie', gastronomische gerechten, Franse tapas, enz. Je zult ook genieten van 4 alcoholische of frisdranken per gast terwijl je de hoogtepunten bezoekt van een van de meest historische wijken van Parijs (Le Marais), met zo'n bezienswaardigheden als Place des Vosges, Hôtel de Sully en Nationaal Archiefmuseum. Als toetje wordt u uitgenodigd om te genieten van 1 zoete franse crêpe per gast) Onze menu's zijn aangepast aan verschillende diëten (coeliakiepatiënten/vegetariërs/veganisten). Tijdens deze tour proef je meer dan 10 verschillende smaken, van verfijnde gastronomische gerechten tot klassieke Parijse pannenkoeken, Franse wijnen en bier. In dit gebied stoppen we in een lokaal restaurant om te genieten van een eerste proeverij (Café Charlot/Restaurant Caractère de cochon). De Marché des Enfants Rouges is de oudste overdekte markt in Parijs, Frankrijk. Het werd opgericht in 1628 als de "petit marché du Marais" en is gelegen op 39 Rue de Bretagne in het Marais (3e) arrondissement. De markt is sinds 1982 geklasseerd als historisch monument. Groenten te koop bij de Marché des Enfants Rouges De naam in het Engels vertaalt zich als "Markt van de Rode Kinderen", en verwijst naar het nabijgelegen "Hospice des Enfants-Rouges" waar wezen gekleed waren in rood (de kleur van liefdadigheid). De markt biedt vers fruit, groenten, bloemen en brood, evenals restaurants waar het winkelend publiek gekookte maaltijden kan kopen.
In dit gebied stoppen we in een lokaal restaurant om te genieten van een tweede proeverij (Bar Brasserie Les Philosophes). Het Nationaal Archiefmuseum, gelegen in het prachtige Hôtel de Soubise, werd opgericht in 1867 onder het bewind van Louis-Napoléon Bonaparte, tijdens het II Empire. Het herbergt een verzameling belangrijke documenten met betrekking tot de geschiedenis van Frankrijk. De kamers in Rococo-stijl van de familie Soubise en het Frans-klassieke ontwerp van de voortuin zijn iets dat u niet mag missen.
In dit gebied stoppen we in een lokaal restaurant om te genieten van een derde proeverij (Terrasse Sainte Catherine). Het Hôtel de Sully is een hôtel particulier of herenhuis in Lodewijk XIII-stijl, gelegen aan de rue Saint-Antoine 62 in de Marais, IV arrondissement, Parijs, Frankrijk. Gebouwd aan het begin van de 17e eeuw, is het tegenwoordig de zetel van het Centre des Monuments Nationaux, de Franse nationale organisatie die verantwoordelijk is voor nationale erfgoedsites. Het staat sinds 1862 op de monumentenlijst van het Franse Ministerie van Cultuur.
In dit gebied stoppen we in een lokaal restaurant om te genieten van een vierde proeverij (La Cidrerie du Marais). Place des Vosges, oorspronkelijk Place Royale, is het oudste geplande plein in Parijs, Frankrijk. Het is gelegen in de wijk Marais en ligt op de scheidslijn tussen het 3e en 4e arrondissement van Parijs. Het was een modieus en duur plein om in te wonen tijdens de 17e en 18e eeuw, en een van de belangrijkste redenen voor het chique karakter van Le Marais onder de Parijse adel.

Pablo led us on a wonderful tasting experience through the Marais. We savored quintessential French specialties from nicely aged cheeses and charcuterie to French onion soup or Beef Bourgogne accompanied by red or white wines, and a sweet crêpe. As Pablo led us to each eatery he filled us in on local culture and sights as we worked up our appetite for the next culinary delight. Pablo was personable and we had a great time.

The food was wonderful and our guide was excellent. Pablo gave us the history of the neighborhoods we walked through and when we expressed interest in certain places or things to do, he gave us great advice and information. Well beyond the scope of the delicious foods we sampled. We were very pleased and finished the tour full of great Parisian food.

The dining experiences were also top notch, featuring establishments that you might otherwise walk past. We samples charcuterie, esgarot, macrons, and crepes. All of it was outstanding! This Tour was private, just for the two of us. Our guide, Pablo, was super nice and showed us around a few nice spot. We got to taste a meat and cheese platter, beef Bourgignon, escargots, and topped it off with crèpes.
