Houd er rekening mee dat in Frankrijk chauffeurs niet het bagagebandgebied mogen betreden. Zodra u uw bagage hebt opgehaald, verlaat u de deur die naar de aankomstzone leidt, Blijf binnen de terminal en vermijd het verlaten van het aankomstgebied, De gemiddelde wachttijd is één uur, dit betekent dat uw chauffeur tot één uur na de landing op u wacht in de aankomstzone.

Driver did not meet us near baggage claim area and did not have sign with name as per description. Driver was pleasant. Car was not what we expected. Driver stopped at gas station during drive.
The company cancelled our confirmed reservation for a ride from Orly to our hotel after we landed. We learned that they cancelled "for weather" (untruth) with Viator ("Your booking has been canceled We're sorry, but S.A.R.L. Comfort Cars has canceled your booking due to weather. We know this is frustrating, and we're here to help you find similar activities for your trip. If you choose not to rebook, a full refund will be automatically processed within 5-7 working days.") but I received a direct message from them that they cancelled due to availability "Hello dear customer, sorry we don't have an avaliability, we will provide a refund now" (timed 15 minutes after we landed and were still taxiing). A Viator user would NOT be able to cancel without penalty. It was unacceptable.
Heavy stop/start rush hour traffic from CDG airport to center of town. Took about an hour. Driver was very pleasant.

We were VERY happy with both our rides and both of our drivers.
