Company has poor customer service. They arrived at my destination address (not the Orly airport where I needed them) and then blamed me for the mixup and refused to refund. They refused to look at the proof of correct booking that I had and then played games on trip advisor when I tried to resolve. Use a different company as this one, Elife, is unreliable and not an honest good faith company. I asked them for an email address so I could send the proof that the error was not mine and they refused. They behave like an insurance company.

On time even before landing he send me a whats up text and keep me in touch until he pick us up .. he also has a sign in the cell with my name so I knew he was the driver.
