My family and I bought three-attraction passes from Go City because Versailles was included, and that pass, if you include that attraction along with two others, allows you to save some money. Nothing could be further from the truth… Although we booked the tour two months in advance and received confirmation emails and WhatsApp messages, a day before they told us that they were changing the date. We accepted the change with all the logistics that it entails, and later they told us that no, they were sold out. After multiple emails and conversations with them, we never managed to use our pass, so in the end, Go City cost us more than if we had booked the attractions separately. Do not buy this pass in Paris if you want to go to Versailles. It is an absolute scam because everything is coordinated by the company Vox City, a disorganized group with terrible service.

I've used GoCity before and had a good experience, but this time I had some issues. I purchased the pass because I wanted to take several of their Paris walking tours. Unfortunately, 3 of the walking tours that I had confirmed reservations for were cancelled. One was well in advance, but two were the day prior to the tour. No only was I unable to go on the tours, but because of the last minute cancellations, I was unable to use the number of activities that I purchased the pass for. They did provide a small credit back, but it was not equivalent to the prorated cost of each activity. If you are buying the pass specifically for the walking tours, be careful.

Date problem on the reservation of the child pass which was not the same as the adult passes. Cannot change or cancel. A hell of a lot of help since all contact is via a robot cat that doesn't understand what you're asking for. Result, a lost activity on the child pass. Customer service is totally non-existent

Having the pass made me try things I might not have tried, and gave a more in depth experience of Paris. It was easy to use. Best to also get a weekly Navigo pass, which will ease travelling from one experience to another, as they are in various locations.

It would have been cheaper to buy the tickets, so the pass didnt really make economic sense, and also we were not able to do everything we wanted due to the Musee Orsay being in a special mode the first sunday of the week. The tour guides were ok, especially Sagar on the Eiffel tower tour, but I wouldnt probably buy the pass in Paris next time...

The tour to Versailles was indicated with optional transfer from Paris central. At the meeting point, however, no guide appeared , so we had to drive to Versailles independently and almost missed the time window for entry. Messages to provider were not responded to. The ascent to the Eiffel Tower is on foot. An option for elevator is not offered. Not very useful for children and old people. The saving is therefore hardly worth mentioning. Especially since children enter the museums regularly at a discount or free of charge. Communication with experience First (Louvre and Crypt Notre Dame), on the other hand, was great. Due to route closure we arrived late for the Louvre tour and received a quick reply to mails and the tickets sent directly.

Go City Paris is deceitful, dishonest and I would AVOID using them. We purchased six passes then they incorrectly validated three that we did not attend and when contacting them through a chat (that is the only way to reach them - there is no live agent) the representative told us they would correct their mistake and restore the three passes. This never happened. When we chatted them again they asked if we took a screenshot of the original chat telling us it would be corrected. We did not. Therefore, they did not correct the mistake and we were charged for six even though we only were able to use three. When we got back to the states we disputed half of the charge on our credit card, but go city fought it and since we didn’t have proof that a representative told us they would correct the problem we were not refunded any of it. We will never use them again!
it was okay, nice to try different things but ultimately we could have done it cheaper, better and without all the hassle of different tickets for different venues

A scam, Seine River Cruise was not skip the queue as specified. Cruise operator said that Go City simply lies. Very poor form.

The go city pass was an excellent way to save on the top attractions in Paris. We did the Eiffel tower tour, hop on and hop off and perfume making tours as we had the choose 3 attractions pass. The hop on hop off was great to see the other attractions that we didn't choose. Our guide Natalie was also excellent for the Eiffel tower tour.
