Paula was absolutely amazing from start to finish! She made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera, even though we’re not used to being photographed. She was incredibly kind, fun to talk to, and gave clear direction while still letting everything feel natural. She also made sure to capture all of the photos we had missed during our engagement session, which meant so much to us. The experience felt relaxed, personal, and genuinely enjoyable rather than rushed or awkward. When we received our gallery, we were blown away. This was a wedding photo shoot. We got married in September and had our honeymoon in Paris and during the Christmas holiday booked with Paola and couldn’t be more pleased! What exceptional person and extremely professional she was punctual and guided us through the entire photo shoot and made us so comfortable! The photographer was a no show. A local resident helped me call her number. She claimed to have no knowledge of my appt despite the fact that I was provided her private number. I received a refund for the session but not for the 80€ I spent on taxis to get to and from the appt.
