Amazing experience in san andres...they charge extra for drone video which is worth it . The guide was extremely good. The whole experience is worth every single penny.

This is a scam don’t buy it I got it and when I showed up nobody knew about it and know they said they already gave me the money back but it wasn’t true

A must-see for those who come to San Andres. Great to see the multiple colors of the water and have notion of the size of the island, which is small. And it's not a radical walk, it's quite quiet and you can go without fear! The guides were great too.

A different level of experience with Bonairtur! Parasailing in San Andrés is the best way to appreciate the sea of seven colors from the top. The sense of peace and freedom up there is incredible, and the view of the coral barrier is something you don’t forget. The agency team was super professional, which makes you enjoy the flight with complete peace of mind.

I paid the parasailing reservation on Tuesday 10/3/25 for Thursday 12/3 and only today Wednesday 11/3 night I am confirmed by whatsapp but after 10 minutes they tell me that they have no place and that they want to refund the money when I kept appearing the excursion confirmed x the app and I do not have time to book anything else. A total lack of respect that plays on one's time. I feel completely ripped off as now there is no other provider who can give me room for the same excursion. An embarrassment and a total lack of communication within the company because I am contacted by several employees contradicting each other
Saludos estimados lectores: Queremos compartir nuestra experiencia con esta cliente los invitamos a continuacion a leer detalladamente: La señora Guadalupe nos hace una reserva del tour el dia 10 de marzo, con fecha para hacer la actividad el dia 12 de marzo, apenas hace la reserva nos contacta solicitando urgentemente hacer el tour el mismo dia 10 o maximo al dia siguiente, le atendemos su solicitud pidiendole que por favor haga el cambio de fecha en la reserva para poder gestionar el tour, nos acosó por diferentes metodos de comunicacion exigiendo hacer su actividad antes de la fecha prevista, nos dió mil excusas que no podia cambiar la fecha en la pagina cuando claramente el sistema te permite hacer cambios, debe hacerlo ella como cliente, le ofrecimos ayuda para hacer el cambió y estuvo evadiendonos con excusas pero exigiendo hacer el tour siempre en fechas antes de su reserva, lo cual para nosotros es una evidente alarma de estafa ya que al hacer el tour antes de la fecha ella puede cancelar su reservacion y recibir el reembolso de su dinero, entonces los estafados ibamos a ser nosotros, debido a que no accedimos a su cruel plan, decidimos nosotros cancelarle la reserva y no cumplir su objetivo. A los prestadores de servicios turisticos le pedimos esten alerta ante este tipo de clientes que buscan perjudicar a empresas por este medio A tripadvisor le solicitamos hacer revisiones de perfiles como estos que buscan desprestigiar nuestro trabajo A nuestros futuros clientes les invitamos a leer mas acerca de las experiencias de otros viajeros donde todos nuestros clientes han sido satisfechos con el servicio sin ningun inconveniente quienes han disfrutado de parasail y han tenido experiencias y momentos memorables en la isla!
Great experience, boat in good condition, top team. The only thing that I believe is wrong, is to put Brazilian songs “funk” in the last volume, because in my opinion, does not match the Caribbean vibe that harmonizes more with a local music in pleasant volume to the ears, after all, most are families, not a private collective tour of friends.
