- Tijdens het paragliden kan het behoorlijk koud zijn; trek dus comfortabele kleding aan en breng een trui of jas mee voor het geval het koud is. Het is van essentieel belang dat u sportschoenen draagt.
- ▷Raadt u aan om medicijnen tegen zeeziekte te nemen?
- De vlucht is doorgaans zeer stabiel en de reizigers voelen zich niet onprettig of duizelig. Maar op sommige dagen is het nodig om bochten te maken die ervoor zorgen dat we langer in de thermiek kunnen blijven, zodat we langer kunnen blijven vliegen. Als u overdreven gevoelig bent voor zeeziekte, kunt u gebruik maken van de medicijnen die u neemt als u reist met de auto.

Had a great flight with Overfly Tenerife, great people great communication. Don't hesitate to have an amazing experience seeing the world from a different view .
After watching the paragliders sail over our hotel all week we decided to join them. From booking to execution everything went perfectly. Ines picked us up at our hotel right on time and took us up the mountain to the take off point. Our two pilots Alex and Nico were great fun but also clearly knew what they were doing. The flight was amazing, the scenery out of this world. It was effortless. All in all an amazing experience that we will never forget. Flying above kestrels was pretty cool. All in all it took 2 hours and we were back at the pool. Thanks for all you did for us!

We booked a paragliding experience with Overfly Tenerife and were really impressed from start to finish. The team is extremely experienced, and it’s clear that safety is their top priority. We actually went up for our first attempt, but after careful assessment they decided to cancel due to conditions — no rushing, no taking chances, just genuine professionalism. They immediately rescheduled us for a day when they were confident it would go ahead, and made sure we got to fly before leaving the island. Communication from Inés was excellent throughout. She kept us fully updated on pick‑up times and logistics, which was very reassuring. When we finally flew, we even got to land on the beach, which was a brilliant way to end the experience. I’d highly recommend Overfly Tenerife if you want to try paragliding. You really are in safe hands, and their commitment to safety sets them apart.

The service and communication via WhatsApp made the entire process super easy. My husband was picked up from our hotel, and the team were so lovely and friendly.
