Beschrijving
Paragliden is een van de meest avontuurlijke activiteiten in Pokhara, Nepal. Je kunt een kans krijgen om als een vogel in de lucht te vliegen met het spectaculaire uitzicht op de bergen en de mogelijkheid om luchtfoto's van de Himalaya en het prachtige stadje Pokhara te bekijken. Paragliding wordt uitgevoerd door een professioneel bedrijf dat is geregistreerd bij de burgerluchtvaartautoriteit en de Nepalese luchtsportvereniging. De gidsen en piloten zijn allemaal volledig opgeleid en ervaren en zijn meer bezorgd over hun veiligheid.

we rijden naar de vlieglocatie die het meest geschikt is voor de huidige weersomstandigheden. Er zijn een paar uitstekende startpunten rond Vik, waardoor je de mogelijkheid hebt om te genieten van het geweldige uitzicht over de omgeving en ons de flexibiliteit biedt om een geschikte locatie te kiezen, afhankelijk van het weer, zodat je vliegkans groter is. Zodra we op de startlocatie zijn, houden we een briefing waarin we u door de details van de vlucht leiden en uitleg geven over de apparatuur en veiligheidsprocedures. Na een veiligheidscontrole zijn we klaar om op te stijgen, dus we lopen een paar stappen een lichte helling af en het is tijd om achterover te leunen en te genieten van je vlucht. Afhankelijk van je wens, vaardigheden, de weersomstandigheden en het gebied waar we vliegen, kan je instructeur je de bediening laten bedienen tijdens de vlucht. Als je gewoon wilt ontspannen en het landschap wilt bewonderen, is dat ook OK, het belangrijkste doel is om plezier te hebben. afhankelijk van de weersomstandigheden vlieg je bijna 20 tot 30 minuten heen en weer

Sure, you can buy this experience almost anywhere in phokara..what you can’t buy is the ethical integrity Bishnu and associate showed me.. The day l was due to do my paragliding, a storm came in...was a non event!! The rest of my time in Nepal l’d other things planned so Rescheduling wasn’t an option. Bishnu and co made every effort to get too me in time before l flew out to head back to Australia, came to my hotel in Kathmandu with my refund.. That kind of service can’t be bought.. He’s my man when next in Nepal... From Australia.......thanks mate..

Paragliding was super fun! I paid and scheduled online which isn't totally necessary but was a nice time saver. If you are pretty sure you will enjoy paragliding, I highly recommend going straight for the 45 min ride. I initially paid for the 45 min ride but was shuttled into a group that only paid for the 25 min ride. Although I was bummed, Bishnu was able to refund the difference and make it right. The pilots are friendly and trusted. They also take great photos / videos. Be prepared for the ride up the mountain though -- it will look something like ~12 grown adults cramming into an 8 person vehicle. It will be a memorable experience :) The best way to navigate Nepal is to contact Bishnu with any recommendations. He won't try to scam you and he is friendly and efficient. When our bus tour cancelled last minute, I gave him a call and he ran to me in under 10 minutes. He was able to get me a private car at a great rate. He also made 2 personal hotel visits on his own dime to make sure we were happy.
