Fantastic good guide and guidance. We didn't want for anything and he kept paying attention to everyone. Also the driver. It was a beautiful excursion and also had a super cool group and then such a cool supervisor. Great! Definitely do!
They sent a WhatsApp at 11:30pm the night before to say they couldn’t take us due to “road maintenance” and to re book. This was a lie we got the pin point of the car park and route through chat gpt and just took a rental car. No roads were shut and we ended up having a better time being able to arrive and leave when we wanted and spend as long there as we wanted to. Also the tours only take you to the first Lagoon. If you walk about 25-30 min you get to a deeper one that was completely empty with better views!
I booked this experience through Tripadvisor the night before, and it was supposed to start at 8:30 AM in the canyon. A little later, I received a message from the organizer that there would be construction work on the road there in the morning, and therefore our experience would be rescheduled to 2:00 PM. I checked on the construction work and found that it was just an excuse to move the morning group to the afternoon. The organizer then deleted all the comments in the chat after I confronted him about his dishonest behavior. Hello dear organizer: Customers are valuable, please do not do this again. I opted out and received my refund, but this is not how business should be conducted.
We booked the trip from 2pm to 7pm. The bus was 20 minutes late. Then we stopped several times to pick up more people and change buses. Shortly into the journey we stopped at a place with a cactus garden full of bees. I chose to stay away from bees, because of an allergy. We we were there for almost 30 minutes. We then stopped again at a place selling plates and fossils. The shop owner was harassing us to buy from him, he physically dragged me back into the shop. We eventually left heading for the paradise valley. When booking we were told it was a 10 minute walk to the waterfalls. It was a 35 minute "walk" over rogh and dangerous terrain. We passes a few small rivers that were overgrown with algae, the water was stagnant and dirty. We eventually got to the "pool" and "waterfalls". I was in a lot of pain at this point because of hiking over rough and dangerous ground. My knees and back were. Very painful. The pool was not a fresh water pool, it was a stagnant bog. Slimy algae grew on the rocks and sides of the "pool". Lots of people were slipping and falling into the water. I took pain relief and swam for the short period of time we were there. It was a disgusting and filthy place to spend 40 minutes. The tour was actually 5 hours. Only 40 minutes at the filthy pool. Please avoid at all codts. The trek is difficult and dangerous and the water is likely to harbour many diseases. This trip should be discontinued. Or people will die.
Paradise valley was quiet when we got there then about a hundred plus people turned up. Nice enough place but a 15 minute trek to get there then a good 15 min trek back the way you came.
We really liked the experience, we wish we could have approved more time in paradise valley
We booked this tour whilst in the uk prior to arriving at Agadir. Commutation was easy. Our driver arrived on time and was very knowledgeable. On the tour he showed us lots of interesting things and told us all about different trees etc. on the way we even stopped along the way to see the goats who climbed the trees. Paradise Valley was lovely to visit. We had plenty of time for swimming and relaxation. Overall it was great day and I would recommend this trip
The booking process allowed us to book a pick up from our hotel, so we did and paid for the trip. The day of the trip we got a WhatsApp message to say they couldn’t pick up from our hotel and we had to travel to a central pickup point by 9am at our own cost. This would have meant an expensive taxi fare, both there and back, more than doubling the total cost of the trip. I phoned the WhatsApp number and was assured it was no problem, we would be refunded. Since then no refund and all messages have been ignored.
It was sold as a great day out! We asked our jet2 rep as well about the 15 minute hike and he said we would be fine as it’s just a 15 minute walk - it was a hike! Up steps, down steps, over rocks and across water using sand bags. Definitely not for the less mobile of us. On the way back it’s even worse as it’s all uphill! The water you can swim in was not tranquil and clear as was sold to us, it was murky and brown. Very slippy as rocks were covered in algae. Dogs, fish and frogs all shared the same water with humans swimming. It was brown with algae floating everywhere. Definitely not one to do if you are not fit! It just seemed a pointless afternoon out! You travel all that way and struggle either the hike to spend one hour there and come home.
Great, the driver Adil was very punctual and discreet, with excellent driving and music. We made two very interesting stops before arriving at Paradise Valley, and then we stayed there for two hours, which was enough to enjoy the surroundings a bit and have something to drink once we got there. The scenery is magnificent and exotic; expect a 20-minute leisurely walk before reaching the valley. I recommend this excursion.
