Begin uw ervaring met een panoramische bustour langs de meest iconische bezienswaardigheden van Barcelona. Geniet van de elegante Passeig de Gràcia, waar u twee van Gaudí's modernistische pareltjes ziet: La Pedrera en Casa Batlló. Ga verder met een strategische stop bij het MNAC-uitkijkpunt en het kasteel van Montjuïc terwijl u het Olympisch gebied van 1992 verkent. Geniet van het uitzicht vanaf de Montjuïc-kabelbaan.
We zullen verschillende stops maken op Montjuic, het Olympische gebied in 1992. Bij de eerste stop hebben we toegang tot de Montjuic-kabelbaan, vanwaar we een adembenemend uitzicht over Barcelona hebben. We passeren het kasteel van Montjuic, vanwaar we een reis naar het verleden kunnen maken en een deel van de geschiedenis van de stad kunnen ontdekken. We zullen een laatste stop maken in Montjuic, in dit geval bij het MNAC-uitkijkpunt, vanwaar we een ander perspectief op Barcelona zullen hebben.
Het is tijd om terug te keren naar het kantoor, maar eerst passeren we de Paseo de Gracia, een van de belangrijkste straten van Barcelona, en waar twee van de belangrijkste werken van Antoni Gaudí zich bevinden: La Pedrera en La Casa Batlló.
Check weer in op ons kantoor in Estació del Nord vóór de starttijd van de middagactiviteit. Ontmoet je gids en stap aan boord van een bus met airconditioning naar Montserrat. Na een rit van 1 uur over de snelweg stapt u in de tandradtrein de berg op en geniet u van het geweldige uitzicht. Bewonder de bijzondere morfologie van de berg, die afkomstig is van de Catalaanse woorden Mont (berg) en Serrat (gekarteld). Wereldberoemd om zijn rotsachtige geografie, werd het prachtige landschap van Montserrat in 1987 uitgeroepen tot Nationaal Park om de natuurlijke en culturele rijkdom te beschermen. Leer meer over de geschiedenis en bouwstijl van het klooster. Word verliefd op de gotische en renaissancedetails van de basiliek en het heiligdom. Leer meer over de legende van de wonderbaarlijke verschijning van de Madonna met Kind in de grot van Santa Cova. Tot op de dag van vandaag wordt hun houtsnijwerk bewaard in de kerk van het klooster, die u kunt bezoeken. De figuur staat in de volksmond bekend als La Moreneta (Zwarte Madonna) als gevolg van een vernisreactie.

- Bij Montserrat heerst een bergklimaat, afhankelijk van het seizoen heeft u kleding nodig die u beschermt tegen de regen en/of kou.
- De duur van de tour is inclusief de rondreis naar de bestemming.
- Van eind januari tot begin maart is de kabelbaan in onderhoud (dagen tot beton).
- Let op: deze activiteit omvat het lopen van lange afstanden, dus het wordt niet aanbevolen voor mensen met beperkte mobiliteit.

Buyer beware! They will leave you if you are one minute late and not offer you a refund and charge you double the price to reschedule! Poor communication period! And they are hard to find, don’t answer their phone, and aren’t in the office during the hours of operation posted. Very unprofessional!

We can see in our system that you requested to modify your reservation less than 24h before the tour. Hello, I want to share my experience with the customer service of Julia Travel, located in Carrer de Sardenya, Barcelona. Today I went with my family to consult for the excursion to Montserrat, as a very friendly girl from the Cito Tour Barcelona group recommended us to come to this office to hire her there. Unfortunately, from the first moment we were treated by a girl with glasses with very bad disposition, with no intention of helping or providing adequate care. His way of responding was impolite and unprofessional, which generates anger and much distress, especially in a position whose main objective is precisely customer service. This is not about not knowing the information — because that can happen — but about the attitude with which people are treated. Luckily, my family and I have a good temper and try to always keep the cool, but honestly this kind of deal can ruin anyone's day. It is a shame, because this type of attitude makes the whole company look bad and also causes the loss of customers and money. I fully understand that we can all have a bad day; I work in public service myself. But that’s precisely why I think that when you choose to work with the client, you should know how to handle those situations without venting the bad mood on others. Hopefully those who supervise can talk to this person and improve the situation. Attention occurred today; she was a young woman located at the first care post, who did not want to identify , located on the left side when entering, facing the offices. Very confuseing at pick up point what to do and not to go. The bus was not very good as sevaral was not good. Only reclimimg position so it was a problem fro several guest. Guide at Montserrat was very confusing and we only get the half info. The day before we use Amigo travel to Andorra and it was perfect

Cooperators spoke in English and Spanish for the preferred all English difficult to hear at times and accent was very heavy
We were booked for the Girona tour and we didn't know it was cancelled. The ladies as mentioned in several reviews in Get Your Guide are extremely rude. Always saying they don't know ask someone else. A small girl w blonde hair was shouting and being intensely rude. After being rude to me, she started talking badly about me to her colleague in Spanish thinking I didn't understand. When I told her I understood, she said she didnt care. She even called a security to threaten me. I have read several reviews about these ladies in Get Your Guide and I watched them shouting at several customers. She didn't stop until her colleagues told her to. Never apologized after. However, our tour guides Valeria and her colleague were great. The tour was very organised. We learned a lot from her and enjoyed seeing Montserrat.

I would like to inform you that taking pictures of the staff at their workplace is illegal in Spain, as it is announced in the office. The views were amazing. I took a lot of photos, we enjoyed the picturesque landscape. I would like to thank Sarah, our guide and Jordi, our driver. They were very lovely. I learned a lot from Sarah about the history of Montserrat. We enjoyed the train going up. I love the little present from Sara after the tour. I would highly recommend Julia travels.
Get ready for a LONG day, but worth every minute and penny. Montserrat is one of of the most beautiful and historic locations in Spain. Guides are top-notch in every aspect.
Two reasons for our poor review. One…they included both English and Spanish speaking customers thus everything needed to be said in both English and Spanish. This lead to delays and then being rushed though parts of the tour. Two…the technology used for speaking to us was poor. The mic’s sued to speak to us cut out or varied in volume often.

Really enjoyed however the guide had to do the tour in both Spanish and English - this was hard on her and made the tour move slower than it should have therefore we were really rushed
The destination is great. We had a lot of traffic so there were problems. Then on our return someone just moved our stuff and took our seat. The guide would not get involved so we ended up splitting up. Was very frustrating
