Panchakarma retraite

We, my husband and me, has made our first trip to India in march 2026. We stayed at Earth Roots Ayurveda for 17 days. We went here to do our first Panchakarma and it was a fantastic experience.  The owner, Rana, immediately took good care of us and made us feel very welcomed. We  love him and he became our friend. The accommodations are very good, nice and clean. The staff is amazing and we liked the food a lot. The whole treatment made us feel very good and we will definitely visit Earth Roots Ayurveda again for a new treatment. Britt-Marie & Jan-Åke

I would give 10 stars. Rana Ji is the most extraordinary host. My friend and I stayed at Earth Roots at the beginning and end of our 4 week north India adventure in October 2025 We are mature Australian woman 59 and 63, and always up for fun, adventure and inner growth. We had some of the panchkarma therapies and ayurveda food. Rana Ji invited us to stay evn though we did not do the full detox process. Food was nourishing, tasty, light and fresh made daily. Indian style Yoga each day with Rhaki was a joy. Rana Ji and his staff live on premises and are all fabulous people. Rana Ji went way above and beyond to make our stay incredible including adventures by motor bike into the mountains. Rana Ji is now my Indian brother!

I have been travelling to India since 2005 and have been to various Ayurvedic Clinics & retreats. Earth Roots in Rishikesh is Amazing place! The professional approach to work is felt in everything: Experienced therapists, yoga/pranayama/yoga- Nidra instructor. Ayurvedic nutrition. Great, attentive staff, ready to help 24/7. And the owner!!!! I thank fate that I had the chance to meet the incredibly hospitable Rana ji. Thank you Rana ji, thank you to all the staff. Thanks to you, my husband's health has improved and now he can easily walk for 2-3 hours. When we arrived in my husband could only move with my help. I heartily recommend accommodation and treatment in Earth Roots in Rishikesh/Tapovan We are already planning our next trip to Earth Roots in Rishikesh. I originally met Rana in 2019 at another Panchakarma Retreat in Rishikesh. We had remained in contact over the years and I was happy to hear he opened his own retreat center! He is the most gracious host! The rooms are modern and comfortable. The cleansing treatments and nourishing food is top notch! Rana treated us to a trip to the mountain village where he grew up and we dined off the organic vegetables fresh picked from the village gardens. We also were delighted to bring freshly picked turmeric root from the village gardens for our travels back home. Can't get any fresher than that! The staff was outstanding and met all of ours needs. They are very accommodating to our every whim. I hope to return again in a few years.

This was my first time at the center, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best I’ve ever visited. While the accommodations are great, what really makes this place stand out is the **incredible team**. As a yoga and meditation teacher with over 15 years of experience, I was pleasantly surprised by the **exceptional quality** of the yoga classes. The teacher’s approach to stretching and body alignment was incredibly professional—I trusted her expertise 100%. The **Ayurvedic therapists** were equally impressive. Their hands are truly **golden**, offering treatments that were both deeply relaxing and wonderfully rejuvenating. And the **food**—absolutely delicious! Every meal was nourishing and flavorful, adding to the overall experience. I can’t wait to return, hopefully with my mom or my students. This place is a true gem! 💫

Great service trained therapist. Rani ji who is the owner of this place is great man and very helpful. Treatment was amazing. Overall good experience recommend this place if you ever looking for ayurveda must visit this place.
