Als u een hoek omgaat bij een bloemperk of een bos betreedt dat uniek toegankelijk is voor bezoekers van 9.00 tot 19.00 uur*, ontdekt u talloze beelden – sommige zijn verborgen pareltjes – en topiaries (gestileerde planten) die zorgvuldig zijn vervaardigd door de tuiniers van Château de Versailles. Als muzikale crescendo's die uw wandeling met familie of vrienden verbeteren, zullen de fonteinen in de Water Theater Grove, evenals de Mirror Pool en Neptune Pool de hele dag adembenemende vertoningen van waterstralen en watervallen presenteren met behulp van hedendaagse technieken. - De tuinen zijn in het hoogseizoen elke dag geopend vanaf 7.00 uur (1 april tot 31 oktober). Ze sluiten om 20.30 uur in het hoogseizoen, met vroege sluitingen om 17.30 uur ter voorbereiding van de Night Fountains Show, elke zaterdag van 7 juni tot 20 september en op bepaalde andere data (24 mei, 14 augustus en 28, 29, 30 en 31 oktober 2025).
- Toegang tot de tuinen via de Zuidtuin (toegang via het Erehof van Paleis van Versailles), de Neptunuspoort (toegang via de Koninginnepoort, Boulevard de la Reine in het weekend en op feestdagen) of de Kleine Venetiëpoort (toegang via het Grand Parc).
- De Drakenpoort is dagelijks geopend van 1 april tot 31 oktober.

I booked the 2:30 times ticket because the 1:30 entry was sold out. When I received the tickets they were for 4pm instead of 2:30.

As mentioned in the inclusions, on busy days the allocated entry time may vary by up to two hours due to availability and operational constraints by the Palace. We are sorry to hear that you missed reading the information in the inclusion as well on your confirmation voucher which caused the confusion.
Get early in line for the scheduled time as they are long and it might take 30 minutes to enter the palace. I would focus on the main rooms in the palace like the hall of mirrors and pass quickly through the galleries to have more time for the gardens

Take lots of extra cash as everything outside of the Palace and gardens costs. The grounds are amazing.
