Paella kookles met professionele chef-kok: Viergangendiner

Deze 4-gangenworkshop duurt ongeveer 2,5 uur en is een geweldige introductie in de wereld van paella en de Spaanse keuken. Je wordt door één van onze hosts ontvangen met een glaasje cava en loopt vervolgens door het concept achter onze club en de ingrediënten waarmee we werken. Daarna organiseren de gasten zich in groepen van twee per kookstation, waar ze alle gebruiksvoorwerpen en ingrediënten vinden die nodig zijn om elke paella op een volledig meeslepende en dynamische manier te bereiden. Afhankelijk van het aantal gasten worden er meerdere paella recepten gemaakt, zodat gasten meerdere soorten paella kunnen proeven en leren koken. U zult zich thuis voelen terwijl onze medewerkers u door onze "10 geheime paellastappen" begeleiden. Als voorproefje geven we één van de 10 geheime stappen weg: Stap 1: neem een slokje van onze premium wijn. Nadat de workshop voorbij is, terwijl de paella's klaar zijn met koken, kun je gaan zitten en genieten van andere gerechten gemaakt door onze chef-kok, evenals je paella-creaties met Catalaanse wijnarrangement.

It was a fun evening with knowledgable guidance. We learned, enjoyed the people and drank a fair amount too. Fun evening.
We learned some great tips for making paella, and also enjoyed sampling all of the varieties. Our host, Kevin, was energetic and made the experience very fun. Highly recommend.
This experience was a Christmas gift from our children. Wonderful! A+. My husband has always wanted to make paella the correct way. This class did not disappoint. The cooking stations were spacious, the kitchen was beautiful and inviting. Most of all, the paella was absolutely delicious. Great step by step guidance by our professional chef. The music was flowing and the Cava was flowing!

The host was charming and energetic! The staff very friendly and accommodating. A great time was had by all that participated in this cooking class. Everything was well organized, ingredients prepared and fun atmosphere! There was a bit of dancing involved if you chose to participate but not required. I would definitely take friends back and highly recommend this as a nite on the town.
I wasn’t sure how it would be with young teens as a group of rowdy drunk girls were leaving when we arrived, but the staff was absolutely fantastic and clearly knows how to manage different types of groups so that everyone has fun. Working in pairs was great, and everyone from my parents to my kids had an absolutely amazing experience. The food was perfection but cooking it together made it a memory for a lifetime. Amazing team at the Paella Club!
Fantastic evening! We were a group of 3. My husband, myself, and our 18 yo daughter had a fantastic time. Tons of fun and yummy food.
We had the best time! We cooked a paella for each pair. They gave us all the directions, super fun. It was then finished off by the chefs and served family style. It was so nice to try each one. They kept moving them around the table so we could reach each one. We met other families traveling, it was fabulous experience and the cava was flowing. I needed a slight nap afterwards!
Best experience of a lifetime! We met so many wonderful people, as a matter of fact we went out with several following the class. I would do this again in a heartbeat. The instructor was so fun, and we may or may not have enjoyed a little more wine than we had anticipated.
