Eerst neemt uw lokale gids u mee naar Mercado Central de Valencia - de grootste voedselmarkt van Europa. Hier koopt u uw verse ingrediënten. Voor avondrondleidingen en rondleidingen op zondag is de Centrale Markt gesloten, dus deze stap slaan wij over en gaan direct aan de slag! Vervolgens ga je naar de paellakeuken voor een live paellaworkshop met een professionele kok. Volg stap voor stap mee op je eigen kookstation en leer de lokale tips en trucs over wat dit gerecht zo speciaal maakt. Leun na de les achterover en geniet van lokale tapas, wijn en natuurlijk je eigen paella. Je paella kookles Valencia eindigt met een zoete traktatie voordat je onder begeleiding van de gids terugkeert naar het ontmoetingspunt.

Pau and Tuhatla were both welcoming and involved everyone throughout the process. We were well fed and the drinks kept flowing throughout the night. A nice way to meet other travelers too.

This class was such a blast, the paella we made was delicious and the drinks and tapas offered were excellent. Pau was a great guide and made the experience very pleasant. We are two girls in our 20s and despite being the youngest group in the class we had so much fun, I would recommend this for ANY age range. You will have fun no matter what.
The classes just like the description says. You end up well fed with plenty of good wine. Victor seems to genuinely enjoy sharing his knowledge about paella.
We are a family of four (two teenagers), this was the perfect activity for the four of us. Even my son who was dubious to start with enjoyed it and took it very seriously in the end! Victor was very knowledgeable and made it lots of fun. Mimi explained the wines and kept us topped up. Overall a fantastic experience, highly recommend and great value.
Juan and Cormac did a great job! We had a great evening with delicious tapas and good wine. Everyone cooked a delicious paella; we were guided step by step perfectly. We had a lovely evening with nice people. Absolutely recommended!
