We beginnen op het rustige en afgelegen strand van Carvalho, waar we een briefing geven over veiligheid en instructies. Om toegang te krijgen tot het strand gaan we door een oude uitgehouwen tunnel in de rots. Hier kunnen we de rotstoren voor de wateren van Carvalho zien en zijn buigende kalkstenen muren
Nadat we Carvalho's hebben verlaten, bezoeken we onderweg enkele verborgen grotten, en daarna bereiken we het bruisende Benagil-strand waar we het historische vissersverleden van het dorp kunnen observeren.
Vervolgens bereiken we, net na het strand van Benagil, de beroemde grot van Benagil, waar we stoppen om een aantal prachtige foto's te maken bij het beroemde "sinkhole" met historische, geologische en ecologische inzichten over de regio Algarve. Na de uitleg van de gids kun je de grot zelf verkennen, of de gids volgen naar enkele coole verborgen fossielen. Na ongeveer 30 minuten vervolgen we ons avontuur en verlaten we de grot met hulp van de gids
Nadat we de Benagil-grot hebben verlaten, peddelen we richting het strand van Marinha, en onderweg gaan we naar binnen en bezoeken meer verborgen grotten en "Sinkholes" Wanneer we Marinha Beach bereiken, passeren we onder de beroemde bogen van Marinha en stoppen voor geweldige foto's Daarna peddelen we richting Carvalho's Beach
Als we nog tijd hebben, afhankelijk van de groep, gaan we een bezoek brengen aan het "Eiland van de smokkelaar". Hier gaan we een gigantische tunnel binnen in deze rotsformatie, en we zien 2 prachtige gaten in het plafond, die we de "blauwe ogen" noemen. er zullen foto's gemaakt worden
Nadat we uit de tunnel van "Eiland van de Smuggler" zijn gekomen, kunnen we de vuurtoren in al zijn glorie bewonderen. En dan gaan we terug naar het strand dat slechts 5 minuten verwijderd is van dit punt.

We had an amazing experience with Brotherhoods! The sunrise paddle tour to Benagil was without a doubt one of the highlights of our trip. Everything was well organized from start to finish, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. A special thank you to Caio, who was an incredible guide. He was friendly, professional, funny, and made everyone feel safe and comfortable on the water. You could really tell he loves what he does, and his positive energy made the experience even more enjoyable. We would 100% recommend Brotherhoods to anyone visiting the Algarve. Booked a small group tour, but we were the only one's paddleboarding, so it turned into a private tour for us. Our guide was Caio, super chill guy and knowledgeable about the region and geography of the area. Even gave us food and restaurant recommendations at the end. It was an amazing experience exploring numerous caves, algars, and arches along the Algarve coast in Portugal.
Really great way to explore the coastline a witness the wonderful natural caves. The boats, explanations and guide were so friendly and welcoming. A great experience for all age groups.
Our kayak tour with Pedro was one of the absolute highlights of our vacation. Even the journey along the coastline was spectacular, and exploring the stunning sea caves made the experience truly unforgettable. The tour is perfect for beginners as well. We learned how to kayak and felt safe and comfortable throughout the entire trip thanks to Pedro’s calm, encouraging, and professional guidance. What really made the difference was Pedro himself. He was much more than just a guide – his positive energy, great sense of humor, and almost coaching-like approach made the whole experience even more enjoyable. He explained everything clearly, motivated the group, and made sure everyone was having a great time. The combination of breathtaking scenery, fun physical activity, and an outstanding guide turned this into a truly memorable adventure. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone who enjoys water sports or wants to experience the Algarve from a unique perspective. Incredible experience with Pancho, an Argentine guide who speaks many languages. We felt safe at all times despite the fact that 2 out of 4 had never been on a paddleboard before. Pancho took us to the caves in the area, which made us feel like we were truly experiencing something surreal, recommended for anyone who loves the sea. We went at 8:30 AM, which I recommend because by around 11:00, when we got out of the water, there was already wind and different conditions, with the sea being a bit more choppy compared to when we entered. The tour is worth every euro paid, and depending on the level and physical condition of the participants, a lesser or greater number of caves and kilometers can be explored, meaning there is flexibility according to what the client seeks. It is recommended to bring sunscreen since the ideal is to wear a swimsuit to be able to go into the sea throughout the tour, as well as sunglasses and a hat, to fully enjoy the experience. Brotherhooz provides you with a dry bag to carry the essentials, although you will only need a towel to dry off when you exit, as the guide will be focused on taking excellent photos of you, which you will receive the same day. Additionally, I recommend going with Pancho as a guide if possible. Unfortunately, he had a tour immediately after ours, and our luggage was in the car, so we could not give him a tip as we would have liked. Therefore, it is advisable to carry a couple of euros during the trip in case you feel like leaving him an extra tip.
Amazing tour with Miguel! We paddled along the coast line and saw lots of incredible caves. Felt safe at all times with Miguel whilst learning the history of the coastline, the Algarve and wildlife. The tour was 2 hours which didn’t feel that long. Great vibes and plenty of photo opportunities. Much better than doing a boat tour to see the caves!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our SUP experience! Our guide Pouco was patient while we tried to adjust to ocean paddling versus our usual lakes and rivers. We were a small group of 4, which was an added bonus. SUP was a great way to get right inside the caves. Beautiful!
Fantastic experience! Our original paddleboard experience had to be changed due to strong swells but the company was very effective in reaching out and helping us a reschedule a kayak tour instead. Our guide Patrick was great and the tour was beautiful.
