Ervaar yoga terwijl je dobberd op het kristalheldere water van Honolulu, Hawaii. Standup paddleboard yoga is een uniek avontuur dat de fysieke uitdagingen combineert van het beoefenen van yoga op een paddleboard met de majestueuze schoonheid van de oceanen en kusten van Hawaii. Klassen beschikbaar voor alle niveaus. Kleine groepsgroottes zorgen voor persoonlijke aandacht van onze hooggekwalificeerde instructeurs, waardoor elke student op zijn eigen niveau kan werken. De SUP yogalessen omvatten veel bekende yoga houdingen aangepast aan het water. De meeste poses worden zittend gedaan, geknield of liggend, met een paar staande houdingen om te werken aan evenwicht en stabiliteit van de kern. In elke klas wordt vrije tijd geïncorporeerd, waardoor studenten de kans krijgen om elke pose te proberen waar ze aan willen werken. De lessen eindigen met traditionele savasana, een meditatie ervaren liggend op het bord met het zachte schommelen van de golven van de oceanen, vingers en tenen achter in het water, en de geest vrij om te ontspannen en los te laten.

For the entire class my yoga board is facing 180 degree opposite to the instructor and I'm locating at the furthest corner of the class that I can't see or hear any instructions. Almost all the time that I need to stop whatever my current position is and twist my body to see what is going on otherwise you can't balance yourself. Was looking forward to this class for very long but very very disappointed with the experience
Sorry you didn't have a great experience with us. Since this activity takes place outdoors, we are not in control of the elements. It seems the day you joined us the wind was blowing in the opposite direction than usual, and your board was facing the wrong direction. Sorry this had such a large impact on your experience.
Had so much fun. The instructor was very welcoming and made it easy and no stress. Photo package is also good value for money, you would be silly not to add it on

Great, Kelsey had everything ready when I arrived and had very clear, attentive instructions and good descriptions of what to do. Her equipment was brand new and her photos were amazing and she recommended a few spots to check out. Great experience with Kelsey and Yoga Floats!

It was my first time and it was a great experience! Instructor was very nice and took pictures of the entire class at the end of lessons and of course it was a great location! She even had motion sickness bands for those who need! Thank you so much and sooo sorry I don't remember your name!

It was okay. It was a smaller group for me which some people may like, you also don't go out in the ocean very far (also may be a plus for some), and lastly they charge $10 per picture, they don't let you take your own photos which is insane for how much you are already paying. I personally wouldn't do it with this company again. It was also supposed to be 1 hour long and she cut us like 15 minutes short of that. She also only did like 10 yoga poses and gave a "10 minute free period" To me that just sounded lazy. Hope this review helps yall!
Hi Maggie, Sorry to hear you didn't love the experience! That is all fair feedback, we do have small groups and we do stick to shallow water, which helps keep our classes safe. Our classes are 75 minutes long and we do like to offer some free time for people who are interested in playing on the boards and getting some photos. The $10 for photos is totally optional, for anyone who is interested :)
Really loved our experience. Kelsey was awesome and gave us options to challenge ourselves if we wanted to. Super fun experience. We even caught a rainbow before the class!

A wonderful experience with amazing views. Everything was as described. Easy to find location, received great yoga instruction and encouragement. We even saw turtles during our yoga session!

This was incredible! I thought it was going to be super difficult and it ended up being an incredible experience that fit all different levels of experiences. It was so lovely to be on the water and falling in was just an added bonus. The instructor was wonderful and kind and patient with all of us and I recommend it to locals and tourists!

I'm a beginner at paddleboard yoga and found it relatively easy to stay on the paddleboard. I loved that the location was scenic, with clear water and not too deep. Another benefit was the teacher took photos and posted them after the class with the option to purchase. The class was for all ages and skill levels, and both my adult daughter and I enjoyed it. We enjoyed the class so much and signed up for a second session while we were in Hawaii. We will definitely go back if we return to Hawaii.

This was a truly magical experience. By far the best yoga session I have ever done. Kelsey does such as great job in providing tips for balancing on the board and provides encouragement the whole time. Give it a try, it's the best activity I've done while on this beautiful island.
