This two-hour trail ride in Dambulla was truly a fantastic experience. My first great impression was when I arrived to the facility. Everything was clean and clearly well-maintained. The horses themselves had a great look and you could see they were greatly well-cared for. After a few warm-up laps in the arena, my riding guide and I headed out, with the facility manager even accompanying us in a car., a clear commitment to safety. We went along quiet country roads, alternating between a leisurely walk and a more energetic trot. My guide and the facility manager were also super kind, snapping some photos and videos for me along the way, which I really appreciated. Even with the heat, the time just flew by! I even had the chance to canter a bit in the arena at the end, which was a wonderfully satisfying finishing to the ride. Overall, the entire experience was wonderful and I'm already looking forward to my next visit and hope to stay at the facility to enjoy even more riding in the future!
