Het nationale park Mt Longonot ligt op 90 km van de stad Nairobi op de vloer van de Great Rift Valley. Het mt Longonot National Park is een populair park om te wandelen en bergbeklimmen, dat minder dan 3-4 uur duurt om te klimmen / wandelen op en neer. Het is een van de beste dagtochten vanuit Nairobi. Longonot National Park is gemakkelijk te bereiken en heeft de beste bezichtigingsmogelijkheden en men kan in de bergkrater kijken. Geniet van fietssafari, maak een wandeling in de kloven en een mooie boottocht op het Naivasha-meer.

Our driver Benard was very professional and communicative. The communication with Beth from Perfect wilderness tours was really good and fast. The hike in Mount Longonot was wonderful as the safari in Hell's gate. The Hotel where we spent the night could be better for the price. But overall a good experience.

Nice trip! We enjoyed the hike and saw many animals by the lake. Also Hell's gate was a very nice experience! Charles is a very nice guide and a great driver!

Although we had issues with a lingering runny stomach, my sister and I put one foot in front of the other to conquer Mount Longonot. Secko led us to the incredible crater view and pointed out Lake Naivasha. He ensured that we avoided the steepest route and fielded our many questions. Secko’s kind nature was encouragement to the friendly wild dogs, so they chose to accompany us all the way to the top! Thank you for a great hike, Secko! We thoroughly enjoyed our tour and are glad that we did it.

It was refreshing to exercise (hiking and cycling) while enjoying the view of the natural landscape and animals. The boat safari at lake Naivasha was also very enjoyable. The tour guide Simba was very professional and friendly. The only point that could be improved was the accommodation - it would be much better if there were a couple of options to be able to choose from.

Santa was an amazing guide/driver who inspired and physically helped us climb up the volcano. What a wonderful view. The boat ride was great as was the drive thru the Hellgate National Park. We saw lots of animals and birds. The hotel was charming. Trip was well worth our money.
