Our driver was polite, prompt, pleasant. He let us stop along the way at any sights we saw. Was a magnificent day and worth the long drive. It was like stepping back in time. Magical views, monkeys, cute shopping stalls. Really enjoyed it so much. I do recommend you hire one of the local guides when you get there. It's really cheap and worth it

Was INCREDIBLE. Was so colorful and beautiful and fun. Was crowded when we went - that would usually bother me but it didn't. But maybe go early in the day. Bring a light jacket. I was cold. For sure climb to the top. Then at the end chill out on the bottom along the water. MUST DO. Was amazing.

We had an excellent experience on our trip to the Ouzoud Waterfalls. Our experience was made great by our fabulous guide Khalid. We were picked up on time in the morning and Khalid was very kind and knowledgeable. Khalid told us about everything and anything, from Moroccan history, to home life and our conversations were natural, interesting and insightful. Anytime we needed anything Khalid would help us. He was genuinely an exceptional person to spend time with on our day out of Marrakesh. The car we rode in was clean and brand new and very comfortable. We would highly recommend and ask for Khalid. Great, really worth it. Hakim is a great driver. Stops whenever you want, recommended. Very sweet, also stopped at a pharmacy because one of the friends circle had a sore throat!

From the moment Mustafa collected us from our accommodation to the moment he dropped us back, his professionalism and genuine care for our well-being were evident. A true gentleman, he ensured our comfort throughout the three-hour journey, thoughtfully including a rest stop at a café along the way. The café was excellent, with transparent and fair pricing—something Mustafa was keen to ensure so that we avoided any risk of being overcharged. Before reaching the Ouzoud Waterfalls, Mustafa provided clear and valuable advice. He warned us about unregistered local guides who often approach tourists and attempt to scam them. He encouraged us to explore independently, assuring us we were more than capable. As it turned out, one such unregistered guide followed us persistently despite our refusals. Remembering Mustafa’s guidance, I firmly asked the individual to produce his registration card, which he could not. I then told him directly to stop following us, which finally resolved the situation. Mustafa’s foresight and advice proved invaluable. He left us his phone number, telling us to call when we were ready—never rushing us and giving us all the time we needed to enjoy our visit. He also ensured we were well-informed, safe, comfortable, and well looked after throughout the trip. His dedication and attention to detail made the entire experience smooth, stress-free, and memorable.
