Wandeltocht en bezoek aan het oude havengebied, verken de kleine straatjes, historische gebouwen, het strand, bars, restaurants en cafés, plus je hebt tijd om een korte boottocht te maken om de Calanques te verkennen (niet inbegrepen in de prijs)
Dit is een spectaculaire rit langs de klifweg die uitkijkt over de zee en verder. Cap Canaille is de hoogste natuurlijke klif in Europa en torent hoog boven de baai van Cassis. We rijden door zoveel mogelijk van het landschap in te nemen, met frequente stops om van het uitzicht te genieten en foto's te maken. (Toegang is afhankelijk van de weersomstandigheden omdat de weg is afgesloten als er harde wind is - we stellen een alternatieve route voor wanneer dit gebeurt.)
Bezoek en wijnproeverij bij Cassis Bodin Kom een van de beroemde witte wijnen van de appellatie Cassis in de Provence proeven, ook rosé en rode wijnen. (In het geval dat deze wijngaard niet beschikbaar is, werken we samen met twee andere in de buurt)
Boottocht vanaf de haven van Cassis om het nationale park vanaf zee te bezoeken. We bezoeken vijf Calanques tijdens een tocht die iets minder dan twee uur duurt. (afhankelijk van de weersomstandigheden op de dag) Dit is alleen beschikbaar voor tours die worden uitgevoerd tussen april en oktober. We behouden ons het recht voor om de route aan te passen in het geval dat we dit niet kunnen aanbieden.

Al onze tours zijn inclusief afhaling van uw hotel of villa in Marseille, Aix-en-Provence, Avignon, Arles, St Rémy de Provence, Lourmarin & Gordes. Deze tour is geschikt als excursie aan wal van/naar de haven van Marseille. Het kan zijn dat we de reisroute voor de dag moeten aanpassen, afhankelijk van de aankomst- en vertrektijd voor het schip. My wife and I did the “day trip” visit to Cassis with Laurent of OohProvence booked thru Viator. We have to say Laurent was a wonderful guide and host for our private tour. He surprised us with extra stops at the Norte Dame de la Garde, a small fishing port in the 8th Arrondissment and a winery in the hills above Cassis. Laurent was the perfect host for a wonderful 10 hour day.

Very nice village. We went around the 8 coves by boat and enjoyed an aperitif in the sun. Even in November it's lively.

We had the pleasure of spending 2 full days with Chris and all 10 of us loved it. We went to Cassis and Marseille on one day and 4 villages of the Luberon on the 2nd. Chris was just fantastic. He adapted to us very quickly with a very relaxed, likeable style. His knowledge was great and we all felt that were were travelling with a friend. When in Provence go with OohProvence. We had a great experience touring Cassis with Christopher Curtis. We found him on the site Tours by Locals. Christopher met us at port as we disembarked from our cruise ship. We had a group of 14 with a mix of adults, teenagers, and children. Christopher had a clean, air conditioned vehicle waiting and took us to Cassis. He had arranged transport into the town, as large vehicles are not permitted to drive into the town. Christopher was very accommodating to all of our requests, and was flexible in the schedule. After Cassis, he took us to a spectacular spot overlooking the village to take pictures. He also took pictures with his camera, as he is a photographer, and emailed them to us after the tour. Once we returned to port, he arranged special transport back the ship for a member of our party who is handicap. All in all a wonderful day, and Christopher made it very easy. I would highly recommend him!
