Our bus had no air conditioning and made the drive very uncomfortable. The driver was excellent and did his best under the circumstances. I did find the Ait Ben Haddou section very good. While the other sections of the tour were pointless as we did not have time to spend any time at the atlas studios.
Great punctuality. The guides, friendly and polite. But the rest, disrespect. We asked by mail, and they answered that the guides spoke in Spanish. We pay for it. And to the 3 of us, we said that was our language. NONE of the 3(bus, Ben Haddou and Atlas Studios) translated ANYTHING. They could barely say "yes," "come on" and "thank you." Until 1st he used the transporter once to tell us schedules. Regarding Ouarzazate, they told us that they "didn't have him in program", and before our complaint, they stopped THREE minutes at the Kasbah, NO 20', which was what was hired. Finally, TWICE we asked to turn down the volume of the music, the driver would do it until the next stop and then go back up. Who's at whose service, for you? I think they didn't do anything as promised and contracted, not with the language of the guides, not with Ouarzazate.
We were so glad that we could have the chance to see the so beautiful place: Ait benhaadou. We love it!🥰
The excursion was great, it is a mandatory place to visit. The Mohamed Guide treated us very well. He spoke perfect English and Spanish and made it a very entertaining route. Also, you will see that well-known movies and series like Game of Thrones have recorded many scenes there. 100% recommended this visit.

Very good lovely experience Excellent tour guide very good experience and explanation of the history around the area.
Our guide could tell a lot about the place and its history. We booked the two-day trip through our hotel for 55€ pP and the part Ait Ben Handout was relatively short, only 3.5 hours, with the tour we still noticed a lot. It was very interesting, the food was good and cost 13€ including a small tea. The guide was careful to take breaks so that we did not overwork in the heat.
