Overall a very good experience, even if an infinite number of ships are bustling about in Ha Long Bay. The service was incredibly attentive. Jenny was responsible for us and did her job extraordinarily well. It would be an advantage for her if she learned English… The excursion to the village on Cat Ba was mediocre… there was not much to see and a village was flooded with tourists. That could certainly be dispensed with. It is somewhat regrettable that drinks are not included. The prices are rather high and the happy hour is simply a marketing tool… Even if my feedback is rather critical: the Orchid is a ship with style… nice room with a beautiful bathroom and a small balcony. We had perfect weather, the food was good, and as I said, the service was excellent!

We loved the kayaking in the caves, we actually saw monkeys too. All the staff were amazing , but Alex and Tina were extremely caring. Such a relaxed atmosphere…. Recommend
