Deze rondleiding is uniek in die zin dat ik de belangrijkste sites niet ver van Dakar selecteer. Binnen 8 dagen. Mijn passie voor toerisme maakt deel uit van wie ik ben. Ik bied bezoekers de mogelijkheid om terug te reizen in de tijd in het leven van onze verschillende steden. Maar ik zal ze ook een beeld en ervaring van Senegal geven dat alleen de lokale bevolking zou weten. Dus het is mij een groot genoegen om te pronken met deze prachtige plekken en aan hen gerelateerde verhalen te vertellen die de geschiedenis tot leven brengen. Ik kijk er erg naar uit om alles te laten zien wat dit prachtige land te bieden heeft.

We did a customised trip of key sights in Senegal. Absolutely amazing. Carefully curated and detailed history. In addition, taking us off the beaten path and just have a chilled and stress free time

My partner and I went on the Discovery Senegal 8 days trip with Senegal Tourists Guide. We had an amazing time! The trip took us all over the country, learning about the culture and having some incredible experiences. Senegal is a fascinating country with some beautiful beaches and engaging cultural history. We went in December, when it was hot and dry. For the whole tour, we had a driver and a guide, who were both lovely. Our guide, Abdoulaye, was knowledgeable and interesting - we got to know him well over the week and he gave us fascinating insights into his country and customs. Some excursions provided English-speaking visits and on others, Abdou joined us and translated. He was very helpful when our GCSE-level French ran out, particularly when we tackled haggling in a market! The itinerary was varied, with some wildlife outings, some cultural and historical, and a good amount of down-time. Of course, in order to see so many different things in one week, we did spend a bit of time in the car. The hotels we stayed in varied depending where we were in the country, but each had a comfortable room, a pool, local food in the restaurant and very hospitable staff. I would absolutely recommend a trip to Senegal in general, and I would trust Senegal Tourists Guide again to give me a good experience on anything from a day trip to a multi-day tour like the one we did.
