Dit is de kans om Isla Mujeres te ontdekken en een dag van je vakantie door te brengen in een geweldige ervaring door de Caribische Zee te zeilen om in een catamaran naar het beroemde Isla Mujeres te gaan. Geniet van de zon en het briesje terwijl je naar het rif vaart waar je kunt snorkelen en honderden kleurrijke vissen kunt bewonderen. Later brengen we je naar onze Private Beach Club waar je tijd hebt om te genieten van een lunchbuffet en te ontspannen. Je zult ook Isla Mujeres bezoeken, genieten van vrije tijd door door de straten te wandelen en als je besluit om te winkelen. Uiteindelijk varen we terug naar Cancun terwijl ons geweldige personeel voor een geweldige sfeer zorgt... Natuurlijk is een open bar bij deze tour inbegrepen. Check-in opent om 9:00 uur en sluit om 09:45 uur. Als u retourvervoer vanaf uw hotel (Cancun, Playa Mujeres of Riviera Maya) nodig heeft, vraag dit dan aan bij uw boekingsgegevens en wij zullen dit bevestigen na indiening.

When we showed the Amiga our pass to board, we signed in; she told us to sit down and wait until departure. Then we found out that we needed paper boarding passes with the ship name on. That's when we paid and additional fee of $59.00 USD per person. There is NO MENTION of the the boat leaving the port where lunch was to sail to downtown for 2 or so hours of shopping or beach time. The crew was amazing!
They will charge you an extra fee if you want to pay with card, which is illegal in Mexico, also the staff of the boat is very nice, but if you don't leave the tip they expect they turned really rude right away.
It's a scam. It tells you a price $15 dollars. And k. This is where they want to charge you $1,000 for staff.
The itinerary and the beach club was falsely advertised- they changed it on tripadvisor since then. Nevertheless, the guide was rude and not helpful, hiding away from us when confronted.

It didn’t include the lounge chair or umbrellas at the island, and drinks were limited to the ride and lunch. The crew was fantastic, they made it fun. I didn’t take part in the snorkeling activity it didn’t feel safe, but 40% of the people did. I didn’t realized the full payment was not charged at the reservation time and I was surprised by it, having to pay before departure.
What seemed like a great deal and experience turned into disappointment and frustration. Four days prior to the tour, we communicated with a representative of the company on the Trip Advisor phone app. He told us to meet at Marina Las Perlas on the day of the tour for 09:30. On the day of the tour, our group met up an hour early at the location provided (Marina Las Perlas) to check in and situate ourselves. To our dismay, there was no representative from the Company 'Cancún Tours Sale' to meet us there. We checked in at the welcome desks of the two companies that were operating out of Marina Las Perlas; Diamond Bright Sailing and Cancún Sailing. Neither of these two companies had our reservation and were confused to hear we were looking for a third company there, 'Cancún Tours Sale'. Both of these companies were nice enough to try and help our group by calling the number indicated in the Trip Advisor ad, but to our dismay the number was disconnected. We opened up our Trip Advisor app on our phone to try and message the company and ask what was happening, and where they were waiting for us. No response was given for the 3 hrs that we stayed at the pier. We left disappointed and frustrated that our money had been spent for nothing. When we arrived back from our vacation, we called Trip Advisor to report this company. To our surprise, Trip Advisor indicated that 'Cancún Tours Sale' was not going to communicate with us directly, and that 'Cancun Tours Sale' would not be offering a refund as we had not showed up for the tour. Hopefully others did not expedience what we did on what is supposed to be a stress free vacation. All I can do is stress to others booking through companies on Trip Advisor to be very careful and do your research.
The boat ride was nice and our crew was fun, but the snorkeling was a bit disappointing. It was in and out and we were forced to swim as a group, which was all elbows and feet in your face. The snorkeling was really short and the main thing we did was ride in the boat and walk around on the island. The buffet was really good and the islands were super beautiful! You definitely have to get up and make yourself have some fun. They are very good about constantly serving alcohol though. Part of the reason I had a good time was because of the group I was with. TIP: when you arrive, they will make you pay a dock fee which is $13 US Dollars per person.
Fantastic trip!! Entertaining and well staffed. The staff was attentive and entertaining. Will definitely advise to seek these group of guys.
The price was so reasonable and staff amazing. Very generous with serving drinks and professional when it came to snorkeling. Most beautiful beaches ever and the Catamaran Aventuras with Jose 69 and his crew made our experience perfect
My best friend & I took the catamaran Max 27 for a day of fun during our stay in Cancun. We had such an enjoyable time despite the day starting off with rain. The crew did such a great job ensuring we had plenty of fun! Definitely recommended this if you have time to do so.
