Sluit je aan bij onze 'De hele dag ontdekken van de oude stad'-tour voor een meeslepende reis door de rijke geschiedenis en cultuur van Istanbul. We halen je op bij je hotel en beginnen op het iconische Hippodrome-plein, gevolgd door bezoeken aan de Sultan Ahmet-moskee en de Hagia Sophia. Na een lunch met authentieke Turkse smaken verkennen we het weelderige Topkapi-paleis en ervaren we de levendige Grand Bazaar. Gedurende de dag zullen onze deskundige gidsen fascinerende verhalen en inzichten delen. I stayed at their hotel and was offered a tour in Spanish. Your guide was very knowledgeable and well fluent in the places you mentioned. The only negative of the tour was the cold; otherwise, everything was great. It was my first visit to Istanbul, but it will certainly not be my last. Thank you to Ishmael, Ermah and the entire Gullivers team.

Super idea to hire a guide and tour. Guide was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We would not have known what to see or where to go without him. He should us major historical sites in Istanbul. He taught us history, culture and social aspects about the people of turkey. The drivers were also friendly and courteous. We highly recommend Ismail and Gulliver Tours.

I appreciated the group size, 8 people. Guide was knowledgeable I did not appreciate that the description online was not SPECIFIC about it NOT including tickets for the Hagia Sophia, at $150 pp it should have been included. Lunch, mediocre at best. While transportation is included. Be prepared to walk all day between sites. Would I do it again? no.

We had a wonderful day with Ismail, which is really a well prepared and friendly professionist guide. Time was divided in guided parts and alone time to enjoy every attraction and take photos. The only aspect that could be improved is the included lunch: the food quality and service could be better. We expected something more in line with the rest of the experience. With a small improvement in this area, it would be truly perfect! We will definitely book others tours with Ismail.

We toured Istanbul, Ankara, Cappodoccia, Pumakele, Canakkalle, Ephesus, Pergamon, Bursa and others. In general everything is good, although all the places are very full, it is advisable to go in the low season. Beware of taxi drivers who charge tourists a high price, they do not have a taxi meter. Also the ice cream vendors who put on a show, and finally take advantage of the tourists. It seemed like a safe, expensive place, but with a lot of history that is worth knowing.
Sham. Paid for a tour but the tour guide never showed up. Don’t waste your money on Gullivers Tours.
a magnificent and incredible mosque with a guide who takes his time to explain everything. especially do not come home with your shoes on
